COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORN!
(Coldwind Farm)

Dead Dawg Saloon. That abomination should not exist.
5 -
Haddonfield. ######### HADDONFIELD
6 -
Dead dog saloon/dusty noose and the dog bone shaped one. I despise those two. Swamp isnβt my favorite either.

Anything with corn, the silent hill Map because i can't memorize the layout with how rarely i get to play it and the game.

Rotten Fields.

Corn

Swamp Maps
They can get deleted along with the old witch they came with.

Cornland. Even Haddonfuck is preferable. Swamp makes me cry tears of joy if it's after a Coldwind streak. Too bright, too difficult to see scratch marks or auras, too corn.
I might hate RPD more than any of them, but I haven't had a chance to get used to it, so who knows.

As killer the worst three are:
- Haddonfield, not even close, terrible layout, almost impossible to effectively patrol generators, most chases severely favor survivors due to window vaults. If there was ever a map that could use some breakable walls to make it less BS this would be the place.
- Midwich Elementary School. Now for the total opposite side of the spectrum, now I get to spend the first 5 mins of the game acting like the effing kool-aid man smashing through enough walls to give myself access between floors and into most rooms. I think this one is hated by survivors as well but generators are in such secure places it just becomes infuriating.
- The Game. The game is what happens when you put in no less than 15 safe pallets on a map. It's misery for any killer that has to deal with pallets, though at least it's easier to navigate than Midwich.
- Honorable Mention: Dead Dog Saloon. Used to be a GREAT killer map, until someone went so hard copy and pasting breakable walls everywhere that I now have to spend the first five mins doing the kool-aid man just like Midwich.
As Survivor the worst three are:
- Hawkins, and like Haddonfield it's not even close, most pallets are not safe unless the killer literally doesn't break any and you can create a loop out of multiple dropped pallets, easy to navigate with 5/7 generators on the same floor most times.
- Shelter Woods. Very few pallets, really open, lot of opportunities to get caught with not much else to help you.
- Midwich. Had to put this on both lists, pain in the ass to navigate and your mobility is kind of dependent on how many walls get broken. Not fun for either side.

Any in door map, finding generators is a nightmare...

Badham, coldwind, swamp.
I hate more maps but these are probably top 3

Honestly, if you asked me this before late 2020, I would've said Haddonfield or Badham, easily.
But now, sadly, it's Gideon Meat Plant and Coldwind. They ruined both of these maps for me, even if Gideon was already kind of unfun. Who thought that The Game's rework should've gone out like that? It's insanely frustrating to play on and I audibly groan whenever I go on it.
Coldwind is decent visually, but I can't really compliment that when the gameplay is atrocious to me.

Depends on my mood, right now it's that hospital looking map.

As survivor:
1) Lery's. That's probably the map I've survived the least on. Gens can be difficult to find, it's a small map, totem locations can be really hard unless you're running a perk, and even with all of the vaults/windows, the pallets aren't great and if you play against someone who knows how to cut you off, even the windows won't save you. Any escape from Lery's is particularly satisfying.
2) Midwich. Again, gens can be trickier to find, a lot of hallway simulator in chase, it's a really small map, good totem locations, and the exit doors are always going to be close together, making escape against a high mobility killer (or when there's less than 4 people remaining) far more difficult. I love the visuals of the map, but it's tougher to win on.
3) Glenvale. Yep, the saloon can be a super-strong building, but an experienced killer knows not to get caught up chasing through it. The gens are close together on a small map making it easier for a killer to defend, the outsides of half of the map are mostly dead zones with nothing to use in chase, the totem spawns are some of the best in the game, and the brush-as-hiding-spots is overrated. My friend claims it's a great survivor map, except we die far more often than we live when we go there, lol.
As killer:
1) Haddonfield. I don't think I need to go into any detail here. Too many long fences and hedges, ridiculous looping areas in certain buildings, gens on three different height levels to defend, etc. Like Midwich, it's faithful to the license, but it's a pain to play on, even when I do well on it.
2) ANY corn map, lol. I suffer from corn-blindness, and the reworked maps feel like they've been buffed for survivors (which may just be personal bias on my part). I hate seeing games load up into these maps -- they fall into the "visually they're nicer, but play worse" for me.
3) Mother's Dwelling. As a mainly Pig player, a huge map is potentially a problem, and this map is the biggest. The "Hold W and run pallet-to-pallet" meta is strong on a map that is so spread out. If I'm facing a team that knows how to split up and effectively work on generators (and worse, spawn apart to start the match), a game here feels like a "L" before it even gets started, unless someone makes a huge mistake on their end.

Swamp, new coldwind and new crotus prenn. Old coldwind and crotus used to be my favorite maps though

Can't agree more.

I agree about the dislike of the new corn maps. I used to actually like with the old ones as killer, but itβs now WAY harder to see through the corn and auras are also impossible to see

Midwich. It's bad for both sides.

Sanctum of Wrath
-Its huge, so bad for killers
-It barely has any pallets, making chases very stale and almost forcing survivors to stealth
-3 gens are the easiest thing in the world and again, leading to very stale matches
-Its a Yamoaka Estate map, meaning they need to put as much tall grass as possible
-Hit boxes on some things are very jank
-Main building is basically useless for survivors, the windows it has are all drops and theres usually nothing else in reach for the survivor to work with unless they have Balanced Landing
Alround, a ######### map

Swamp and the Saloon, on both sides. Really tough to decide, but I hate both Realms with a passion.

All the indoor maps.

there are a couple of maps i absolutely hate, but that is mostly in the context of the killer i play.
however, there are a few maps that i just despise regardless of killer choice, so here they are:
1) Haddonfield - that one should be pretty self explanatory. i am shocked that this map is still in the game and hasnt received any major rebalancing yet.
2) Midwich Elementary - the entire gameplay of this map is just "hold W", eat a pallet or two and get the down. on top of that, its a map with two floors and, unlike The Game, very few staircases to the second floor.
3) Mount Ormond Resort - i dont even mind the layout that much, i think the most annoying parts of the map are its size and the winter theme. Not that i'd dislike a winter theme in general, but the white ground makes it incredibly hard to properly see scratch marks, making tracking people hell - which is ironic, considering that tracking someone through snow should be the easiest thing in the world due to footprints and all...
( 4) RCPD - this one is a huge maybe. i have not yet had to play on this map myself, however i have seen a multitude of others play it. From what i have seen, this map is going to be a nightmare - a two floor, indoor map, tons of narrow corridors and a huge map size. it makes it incredibly hard for the killer to apply map pressure due to its size and maze like layout (especially when you're trying to locate an staircase to get to the second floor) and for survivors navigating this map efficiently / tracking the killers movements is going to be hell aswell. And the loops dont really seem to be very usefull either, except your occasional god pallet. i for one am not even sad the map is currently disabled)

Autohaven are too dark.
Haddonfield is cursed since release.
Corn is corn.

All autohaven maps and then shelter woods.
The rest are all good.

Indoor maps, Haddonfield, Badham
The gameplay is terrible on all of those maps. Way too stealth oriented and the layouts take away many game mechanics (pathing, zoning, etc.). So many killers are awful and unfun to use on indoor maps. They're often snoozefests on survivor too.

I hate a lot of maps in this game, but if I had to pick one, it'd probably be Hawkins, Fractured Cowshed, or Auto Haven (they all suck).

Lery's , Game and Hawkins on my Blight and Plague. Just too confined of a map to use their powers with precision.

Oh boy, I'm afking on coldwind right now because it's so frustratingly survivor-sided. Too big, strong loops, and the corn. Impossible to see scratch marks. I hate it every time.

Mother's Dwelling.
Too big and dull.
