Is It About Time For 1 Or Multiple New General Perk(s)?
Y'know, general Perks: The ones that aren't Teachables.

No New Perks
I think we have too many in general. I would rather they rework a lot of the old ones that are not appealling at all.

1 New Survivor & Killer Perk
Sounds...reasonable.

I think instead of making 'new' general perks, instead they should make stronger DLC perks into general perks. It's never made sense to me that Survivors can make an almost meta build with nothing but teachables from free survivors e.g. David, Meg etc. Meanwhile (On PC at least) many meta Killer perks are locked behind DLC. Corrupt intervention, Pop goes the weasel, Ruin, Undying, etc. Killers can make an okish build with just general perks and teachables from free Killers. However, they'd still struggle against decent swfs because there is no decent gen defence perk available to those who don't buy more DLC. The best they'd have is Noed or Sloppy (Noed is an end-game perk, not a slowdown perk and Sloppy pales in comparison to Pop or Ruin). It is technically possible that the Killer player could save up shards to buy Clown or Hag or Plague. However it would take so long to just grind for a single character that it would be straight up unfair to tell a new player that there isn't at least a slight pay-to-win aspect to the game. I sincerely doubt Behaviour would ever make the Killer meta into general perks as Behaviour would then be forced to make new perks for all these DLC Killers. Add to this the fact that it will almost certainly reduce DLC sales and it is essentially just impossible. Just a thought I guess.

No New Perks
The thing is, for me, I would love new general perks but I think it's not a good idea. I did the math for how many perks are in the game we have over 4x as many killer perks in dbd then when it released and in December we will hit 4x as many survivor perks in dbd then when it released. (I want to acknowledge this number relates to perks and their tiers, not just perks in general since tiers is what we get in the bloodweb). Until the grind is addressed again, there's no reason to be introducing new perks outside of the teachable perks for new characters.

Multiple New Survivor & Killer Perks
Killers need a Regression general perk. Locking all your regression perks behind unlocking different killers is a pretty bad system.

No New Perks
Not until the grind is lessened. Into my 4th page of perks for nemesis on ps5 and still am missing one I like to use. On series x, on which I have much less sharable perks, struggling to get discordance on doctor 3 and a half pages in.
The perk system and levelling in general needs a rework, not more perks adding. For those that like the extremely tedious grind, add more prestige levels and make them worth doing.

Multiple New Survivor & Killer Perks
it would be cool to have more general perks but i think they should be focusing on reworking the older perks that are literally used 1 out of 1K games
