Pretty Sure Sacrifacel Ward is bugged (When used as killer)

Had today 2 games where i succesfully dodged the map offering from the survivors!
But the map got played anyway. Onetime is probaly bad RNG, but two times?!
One time was haddonfield dodged and one time was coldwindfarm dodged. Both times as a killer.

No that's not a bug.
When Sacrificial Ward is played it only cancels out the offering. That does not mean you can't go to the realm offered. You can go to the offered realm by random chance.
