Oppression's CD needs to be Shortened

I am hoping that Oppression will get the Eruption and Hysteria treatment where it's long cooldown gets shortened. Oppression already isn't that great of a perk and with an 80 second cooldown, it doesn't get any better. If they won't shorten the cooldown, then they should at least buff it so that on top of the difficult skillcheck, if a Survivor fails it there is a 6% increased regression penalty like Lullaby.
