PC issues after new patch?
Has anyone else on PC been having weird issues since the new patch?
The game has crashed for me once now plus theres weird lag spikes from time to time.
Ive also noticed my cpu is choking on the game at 37% of cpu usage, which isnt normal. Ive tried reducing the graphics to low but it doesn't seem to matter.
I have a pretty decent gaming pc so idk
This game should be a piece of cake...

I've had a few crashes here and there but other than that I've had no issues.

Yeah there's been many many threads made about how the RE patch has hurt game performance across all platforms, in particular the consoles. The new map was disabled a few hours after coming out, and still is down outside of custom matches. Reports of rampant lag spikes, lots of game crashes so bad they disabled the dc penalties, even a few overheats happening.
And yes they said they're investigating.

Okay, I thought it was mostly a console issue but the last few days ive been having some issues.
I hope they consider extending the rift because of all of this.

I hope they fix it before anniversary. Queue times are awful without console players.

Every Killer match I play stutters and locks for the first 2 minutes, and then I can play the rest of it fine. But it happens in every match. Before this recent patch I was running 90fps @ 1440p on ultra. Have to drop it to High for a stable framerate now, but I still get the stutters on killer. Very frustrating.

If they don't manage to fix issues before anniversary, they better extend the event.
4th anniversary was 3 weeks long.

Yeah same every other game i have runs fine. Im guessing theyre having issues with their servers on top of things because of some of the weird lag ive experienced. I downed a bill 3 times in a row in one match and he just kept getting right back up

At least y'all PCrs have that option to lower the graphics. We consolers are locked in Ultra. My frames struggle to 30 and can dip into the teens on indoor maps. Our Switch cousins have it even worse, and all that was before RE came out.
