Infinite speed

I was playing a match against Nemisis and tried to use Lithe after i was hit by his whip. But for some reason the speed buff never went away, and i remained at 150% movespeed the rest of the game, even while hooked.

  I also had this same issue except I was playing against a trapper on Wreckers Yard and used Lithe while running away from the trapper, I was wounded and had only been hit by his trap and not him.
