And they aren't showing the original email that Konami sent, just one that was sent later and you could tell because it says "Thank you for reaching out to us again, as we mentioned in our previous message..."

I’m pretty sure that employee just worded it in a confusing manner. They probably meant they have no creative input strictly on the DBD assets.

Yeah the email is clearly not good proof of anything. The answer is so broad and wordered weirdly you can string it into any narrative if you wanted.
But honestly, you made a forum account for this? Do you really think this is going to do anything.
The sets are sets and thats it at the end of the day. They are not going to budge on it, we've already had a huge discussion on this. Why are you just reposting discussions that are still active/have already been started.

I can't speak on any of the other issues but I do know if you were to get a license from Capcom and the model you created even had a single shade of color off by one, they will reject it and ask for the correction to be made and you certainly couldn't dress them how you wanted, it had to be true to the vision and approved by Capcom themselves.
I'm not trying to be a denialist or defend anyone here, I just know working with other people's IP's is a lot more complicated than people seem to think and you can't just dress them like barbie dolls

I wish they would acknowledge the darkness issue on Switch. It wasn't like that at launch but for the past few chapters some maps have been unbearably dark. I sent a bug report for it a few patches ago but there has been no fix.
