Yea, no. I wont play nice during the Event. Not a Survivor and not as a Killer.
Firat match since event: Game went good, i killed 3 and gave the last one the hatch. Gave everyone always room to breath and a chance. Still got trashtalked in the end.
Next matches i always instantly went to the other side of the map upon hooking someone and never touched the same guy before hooking someone else, even when they wanted my attention. They still kept tbagging me the whole time and called me a noob and baby killer in end game chat because i didnt got a single kill because i only 2 hooked everyone since i refused to camp or tunnel.
Next 2 matches in the row people had multiple keys and maps, also kept tbagging the whole time.
Switched to survivor then. Got instantly tunneled and camped in every match so far after not getting killers like this for weeks.
People really love being toxic and cheap as possible during events, dont they?
I give up. No more hatches, i wont care if i tunnel and i will camp if needed. Just like i wont die to EGC anymore when the killer played well and fair and i also wont slow down or hold back anymore.
Its just not fun for me otherwise. I always try to let everyone have fun but i never get the same back and i am tired of it.

Every time i have got a full screen of cake offerings the match has been terrible as killer. Seems a bunch of people watched oracle vs Tru3 and Dowsey and are copying.

It would be super if they did but I'm not expecting my opponents to pull their punches. I'm still not interested in farming at all but I have no issue with slugging the survivor on their Death Hook and keeping them in the game or giving the killer a hook if we're almost done and I haven't been hooked yet.
...unless you T-Bag me or do other BM stuff of course. Then the nice gloves come off and you get to play against Normal Tippy2k2

Should have been doing that from the get go. Survivors will push your face in the dirt soon as an opportunity opens. You should too.
Not surprising. I had one last year with 5 cakes so I immediately took my foot off the gas expecting everyone to want as much BP as possible. I was just screwing around poking my head out of walls and ######### then boom 4 gens done and before I can say ######### game was over. Highest score was like 11k? I messaged them and asked about it "We should have farmed for BP" was there response. I wasn't trying to kill so you had no reason to dip out. uhhh waste.

I had a Huntress drop me off at the exit gates cause I had a crown. Some people are nice, some people are not. I don't expect nice, but I do appreciate it. So I will show it in return.

To me it's just more about maximizing bloodpoints if that's what you're going for. So hook juggling survivors, inciting a lot of pallet throws so I can break them, trying to get as much chase as possible, like that.

Ive learned to never be nice because it's nor worth it. It's not your job to be nice, you're there to play a game, the other side doesn't have to and will not care. Play for yourself. It's not your responsibility to make sure the others are having fun. It's the devs responsibility to make a game that's fun for both sides.

Can't hear you over the sound of efficient swfs pumping out gens as fast as they can because it's not their job to care for my fun :v
I'm not asking for people to be "tooooooxxxiiic" as in intentionally BMing. Obviously that's ######### behavior. But it's not a player's job to police themselves and be a saint 2 hooking everyone and slowing down on gens because the that's the experience the devs have made.
