CAN I REPORT THIS?
Sometimes there are killers who get salty that they dont find the last survivor in late game.
Often there is a scenario where you know if he now kills the 3rd survivor, hatch will spawn and the 4th might get it.
Then he starts to carry the 3rd survivor and not hook him, and if he wiggles out and runs away he will down him and put him on his shoulder again but not hook. He does that until the survivor starts to rat the 4th survivor out or bleeds out.
I have recorded such a play where he kinda forced the survivor to find the other last survivor. Is this ok or can someone get banned for doing that?
I mean some people are really triggered just because they cant do their 4k's with no effort and just camp in proxy of the 3rd survivor for the easy 4k! Which isnt that bad, but kinda taking the game hostage and forcing survivors to play against each other doesnt sound like a legit strategy to me. Is it?
This guy prolonged the match and made it last twice as long as normal just to get one survivor. I think its not bannable for the survivor even though its an toxic antimate thing to do, but still he didnt initiate it.
What are the rules here?

Killers can't hold the game hostage so I guess they're doing nothing wrong by the rules of the game. Why isn't the 4th survivor doing gens during this?

The only bannable player here is the third survivor for ratiting out the last survivor, with a possibility of the killer being banned, as technically, he never forced the survivor to help.

No you cannot report that unless the killer and survivor are working together.
A killer being sweaty trying to get 4k is not against rules, just annoying as heck.

If only more could be as altruistic as you. Much <3 and good luck in your future games.
Even when I play killer and I have that typicall blendette that does nothing, I never ever in those 5 years ever forced another survivor to find me the last survivor just because I was pissed I couldnt find him. Well to be fair, I dont get pissed because I dont find someone or because I think that survivor didnt do much. I often see players assuming that a player does nothing JUST because the killer doesnt chase him.
Well they were technically working together. In that video they scanned the whole map together to find the last survivor and then the 3rd survivor pointed and bodyblocked the 4th survivor, the killer hooked the 4th survivor and gave the 3rd survivor hatch.
So this still doesnt count as a bannable offense?

Ummmm you can try if you have video evidences

Despicable behavior by the killer. What is the 4th survivor doing in the meantime? He should be doing gens.

They are definitely doing something wrong. They’re griefing, and trying to encourage working with the killer in order to grief another player.

Isn't the 4th survivor hiding prolonging the game more than it has to be too? Besides, the match is not kept hostage as you have the option to do gens in order to escape which is what you would do anyway. The killer is under no contractual obligation to hook ppl as quickly as possible and if he wants to slug for the 4k so be it. If you think killers are petty for wanting their 4k then why not just give yourself in when you see that the match can't go any further? Be the change you want to see. The other survivor may be reported for allying with the killer but that's it. I don't think there's any way you can hold the game hostage nowadays as everything has a timer ie. bleed out timer and end game collapse. Even with the last survivor, they either get hatch or the end game collapse timer starts. If anyone has any examples on how you can take the game hostage please tell me. Fair enough, someone can play scummy but if it's in the game then it's generally accepted.

I don't think anyone here knows the answer for sure. Unless @MandyTalk tells us straight up, I'm going to give my opinion that what the killer did sounds like griefing. Since a survivor's bleed-out timer is paused while on the killer's shoulder that nonsense could go on for a very long time. Whether or not the player would be banned for it if you reported it is unknown, but I'd recommend reporting it and letting the devs decide.
