Oblivious: The Survivor is oblivious to imminent danger of a nearby Killer. They do not hear The Killer's Terror Radius and they are not considered as being within the Terrir Radius for power it perk effects.
Victor has no Terror Radius, Zero.
Charlotte has no Terror Radius when controlling Victor, Zero.
Either Charlotte will now roam like a zombie while you control Victor, with a Terror Radius active or this Add On is less than worthless or Twins are getting a change that gives Victor a Terror Radius of his own.

The devs usually mess up and put in post-rework addon descriptions before the rework is even released but the addon will still do what it usually does. It might hint a possible rework to the killer.

Honestly its probably bad translation since the city in canada where bhvr resides is mostly french. Thats why the trapper challenge makes no sense.

Why would they change it then? They already had a better and more coherent one before. There would be no reason for them to touch it unless they are reworking (Buff/Nerf or possibly adding something extra to them) the killer.
