Came to report this as well--still happens in the latest patch (5.0.2). The survivor needs to DC AFTER being hooked (So Kindred activates) but BEFORE being fully sacrificed. At that point Kindred will never turn off, giving the lucky remainder an incredible advantage. That they will probably squander because...solo queue.

I wonder if they never fixed it or if it is a returning bug. But there are more important things to do right now anyway.
