Just a little rant from a Majestic Pony. [FPS & Event Behavior]

Hi,

PS4 player here.

I understand there are frame drop issues currently (even though they've been a problem for about *counts fingers*, the beginning of time?) but playing Killer is SOOOOOOOOOOO painful right now. Of course, there are frame drops as Survivor, but for me, I tend to feel it less because 3rd Person POV. Killer being in 1st Person POV is excruciatingly aggravating. I swing - freeze, hook someone - freeze, kick a gen - freeze & sometimes even have to press the damage gen button twice to get it to work. Not to mention, when I do freeze the Survivor is usually way across the map by the time my frames come back to play. Before the RE chapter, frames for Killer and Survivor were perfectly fine for me. Barely ever any drops.

I know everyone is probably tired of hearing this, but I literally can't deal with it anymore. The fact that we get an event, and can't even fairly participate because of how bad the game performances are right now is despicable.

Playing Survivor is not an option for me (and I'm saying this as someone who has 2 times the hours on Surv than Killer) because of how bad the games are. Being tunneled down when you have a crown is exhausting and makes the event completely unfun. Being camped with 4 cake offerings and sometimes even BPS is a recipe for DC's and being left behind in Solo Queue.

We're supposed getting rewarded for collecting crowns during this event, and still we have Killers going out of their way to make the Survivor's experience hell just because they want to. This is why I am trying to play Killer and do my part in getting the community their rightfully deserved cosmetics.

PLEASE, be considerate. I'm not even asking for just Survivor's sake, Killer's sake as well. This is an EVENT, a LIMITED-TIME event. People are struggling with frame drops and I'm sure the community wants the free cosmetics (I mean, come on its David King & The Wraith. Who doesn't?) Drop the ego/bullying-semantics because it isn't funny or acceptable.

    I am on PS5 and dont haveany issues but i really hope they will finally fix these problems so you last gen players can finally play it again. :(

    My brother is also on PS5 and tells me he doesn't deal with not a single frame drop.

    This is how I know for a fact that:

    1. Its a PS4/Xbox One/Switch problem.
    2. It has something to do with them implementing the last chapter and messing something up.

    If I could snag a PS5 right now, I would.

    Sucks that there are such shortages. ~sigh

    Anyway, I'm glad you're able to enjoy the event to its full potential <3

    Only time its a big laggy is when leveling my characters. But thats also only since the evemt started..

    Otherwise it runs extremely smooth at 60fps without any drops.
