Fast Track & Brand New Part
So my question is does BNP apply the stacks of Fast Track. I just played a game thinking it was a great idea to save my BNP till after a few hooks and apply them with brand new part, I was sad when I used it, burnt my tokens but did not seem to add to BNP's effect. is this intended? would it be to strong? or is it supposed to but does not?

Thanks for testing it out, I guess.
First, you'd want to apply the Fast Track stacks then the BNP.
It's not something major the devs should fret over since it can very easily fixed by doing what I said above.

It's weird that it eats the tokens in the first place, as I'm pretty sure BNP checks are just that, BNP checks. They might look like great skillchecks (just like Snap Out of It ones vs Doc), but they're not actually great skillchecks.
FT tokens shouldn't work with BNP, but the checks really shouldn't consume tokens either.

Thats my issue really, if it doesn't work with BNP then dont take my tokens
