So basiclally they think we complain because we love them and not because of the issues..
So if we gotta stop complain, will they finally CHANGE???
Seriously, these quotes are full of stuff like this. It really feels like they want to sent us hidden messages to free them because they are getting their hostage holded by some survivors who keep hiding or by a killer who managed to bodyblock them in the corner.

I'm wondering what they will say if we keep complaining but will also stop buiyng dlc, cosmetics and auric cells till they deliver a playable game.
I have always bought stuff when the game was going well or at least when I saw efforts in emproving it, now, after a month of lags, I feel just scammed.

The quote's not wrong.
When I played Battlefront II, I was constantly on their forums criticizing the things that needed fixing, pointing out the things that they should put more work into. When I stopped posting on the forums is when I stopped playing the game, I just gave up on it. Silence implies indifference, and indifference means you've moved on.

its saying "If our playerbase are complaining about issues in the game that means they still want to play it"
if people stop caring about a broken game, they just don't bother complaining and move on to another game.

If you complain it means you care. Caring means that the thing you complain about is important to you. Once people stop complaining and move onto something different like a new game or anything else. That's what its trying to say.

i think you entirely missed the point of the quote.
what he means by that is, that we complain because we want the product to be better, because its important to us.
if no one complains, that means no one really cares about the product anymore, therefore that is something worrying for them.

I think it's hilarious how I got a loading quote of "Cheats are never fair, and it's my job to eliminate them" the same game I got a hacker.

He's not wrong. When a community stops complaining it's because they have finally moved on from that product. People who complain about DBD everyday also play it everyday (and most likely put money into it).
