I think I know why cakes are rare on some characters

My suspicion is on how much you've prestiged a character. It could be confirmation bias, or just luck of the draw, but so far it's been consistent on my characters.

The characters who haven't prestiged at all have been receiving far more cake than my prestiged characters.

For a specific example, my prestige 3 Blight has been receiving 1 or no cakes in every bloodweb. While my non - prestiged twins have been getting 2 -3 per bloodweb.

Do any of y'all care to help me test this theory?

Edit: survivors should measure overall anniversary items in their bloodweb. since y'all have the flashlights, medkits, and toolboxes in your pools.

    My Leon was P2-Level 10. 22 cakes i won. I used them before i made him P3.

    After P3 i did him level 50, 16 cakes.

    I bought Yui at the day of the event and i got her a few cakes pretty easily, same with other characters with no prestige.

    Only have one example so far.

    Hag, P2 LV30-50 = somewhere near 22 cakes.


    Huntress, P3 LV30-50 = somewhere near 14 cakes.

    I am just leveling up Blight and my Feng P3 is getting more cakes than him lol so I think is more random than anything

    It is kinda weird. I prestiged Legion and Freddy. Freddy has a lot more cakes than Legion. And I took them both to level 50.

    I think it's mostly just a luck thing but there is a difference between the loot rarities a prestige character gets and the loot a non-prestige gets. It's a small a difference but it could add up I suppose

    It could be adding up, either my luck is selectively bad on prestige characters or the numbers are screwy somehow.

    My P3-Lvl 50 Kate has gotten about 12 cakes whereas my poor P3-Lvl 50 Claudette has gotten 1 (and that was thru 11 bloodwebs on claudette). I honestly think it's just RNG.

    No, this makes no sense. For Killer, I always get at least 1 cake for each Bloodweb and most of the times I get 2 or 3.

    As for Survivor, I don't level up them too much cuz it's not worth getting cakes on Survivor since you can get more points as KIller, but it's just RNG, you're unlucky that's all.

    I've noticed in other events that certain characters just get more event items to drop. Like some characters get way more flashlights and med kits than others. Cakes are about the same on all my survivors.
