Pretty sure MMR is on secretly.
Title says it all. It's definitely making the event not as fun because all I'm getting are people sweating really hard when all I wanna do is casually enjoy it and get bp.

I'd say they turn it on and off every day, it's like yesterday I had extremely good teammates, all red ranks that knew how to loop and my escape rate was like 8 out of 10 matches, today I'm getting green and even some yellow rank potato teammates that go down not even 20 seconds into the game and my escape rate is like 3 out of 10 so far...

I've been having some strange experiences that make me lean towards a yes on this one. Recently, I've consistently had some fairly tough matches on the killers I frequent, but whenever I pick a killer I've not touched in a while I get an effortless 4K fed to me.

and maybe they do it on select people as part of an experiment? idk but it just feels awful.

NOPE. I get 1-3 people 10 ranks higher than me every game, get red ranks when I'm trying out killers I've never played before, and have gotten maybe 1 kill every four matches. There's no MMR, just endless sweaty rush teams.

It's not. It's never on unless they say it is.
Matchmaking is always this bad.
But people are so indoctrinated by the anti-MMR cult that they assume every bad match is MMR and ever good match isn't.
When they test MMR, suddenly the normal matchmaking was always perfect, then the test ends, the matchmaking is still bad but it must be "secret MMR".
When MMR was on, I was consistently matched with players of my skill level, mid-range around green ranks. Now MMR is off, nothing but sweaty reds every single game, even though I'm green.

I keep getting put into lobbies of all yellow rank players while in soloq and its about as fun as a ketchup flavored popsicle.
Teammates who hide in corners while someone is on hook and killers that just camp every hook.

I havent got the safety pip option currently in game, its either de-pip or pip. There is no safety pip. Is it a bug?

Pretty sure people just like to blame MMR on bad matchmaking nowadays instead of facing the truth: current rank based matchmaking isn’t working at all

I haven't noticed any weird matchmaking. Honestly most of my killers have been pretty easy to go against.

This is literally evidence that MMR is better than regular matchmaking, but you still twist it into "normal matchmaking isn't bad, it's secret MMR!"

I am an average killer, not that good, not that bad. If mmr was on I would not be getting sweat after sweat squads, I would get more of a break from them instead of a somewhere between 5-10 games reprieve.

Dude, I'm not saying it's a conspiracy theory. I think it would be really smart for BHVR to test it secretly to get unbiased data to see how people adjust to it without being informed that it's on.

I just don't like getting sweaty games during an event where I'm trying to just have fun and casually play to get bp. If it's not on, then fine. But I'm not saying normal matchmaking isn't bad. It is and has always been bad. I'm not anti-MMR.
