For those of you trying to learn Nurse. Just don't, for you sake.

Nurse is in an all-time low. New maps like midwich doesn't let her blink correctly in most of it. Reworked maps are a cluster f. for her blinks too as you can't blink through some objects or need to hold way more than you sould the power button (screw your muscle memory) hitboxes are also f. up and sometimes her weapon will wiff through survivors. Auto aim on her is ridiculous and you'll be smashing every object that the survivor is near (so good luck with that) and we still have the bug where the game simply won't let you atack after a blink forcing you into fatigue.

So, for you sake, don't try learning her RN, it's frustrating and doen't pay as much as it did in the past (if you want a reallyu strong killer, just go for spirit, she's way easier and less buggy).

And no. I'm not a baby nurse, I can 4k with ease using her but I'm tired of getting cucked by all the bugs that she's riddled (She's the only killer that I really have to "sweat" every match since I need to bring my "A" game to counter her countless bugs).

Midwich doesn't let her blink properly? Afaik they fixed the haway so the only deadzones is the clock tower and its actually one of her best maps in the game imho.

I agree with the aim dressing on her being far too overtuned, as well as her post-blink lunge actually being shorter than all other lunges in the game excluding t1 Myers (which is annoying).

But as someone who decided to learn Nurse during this time she's still incredibly fun when you've got the basics down and one of the only genuinely rewarding killers to play.

Well, provided you don't get Coldwind, that is.

Midwich is still very broken, played against a friend yesterday to test it out and there's still deadzones in some corridors (I'm a potatoe to pinpoint locations on this map so, sorry can't really say what corridor, but was on the first floor) and I get dead zones in all reworked maps, even Shelter Woods. Ormond (wich is STILL a pain in the ass for normal killers since It's a HUGE map) is a BIG no no for her, especially in the main building (wich is busted for every killer) but the stuff they've thrown in the terrain is really broken since you need to hold way more the power button that you should to traverse it, and the autoheaven you can't properly blink through some car loops.

Idk, Nurse for me, even though I play her well, it's not satisfying anymore...

I just wish you would go pick a killer you want to learn instead of waiting for my hand to guide you every time.

It's ass. Blinking in the basement or up is horrible. And if you look down too much close to a wall, the blink (the addon that shows the exact location), gets stuck for a brief time or forever, until you look up.

Do you know why people even bother with nurse? Because it is the only killer in the game, that actually gives a damn about pallets and windows. And they made her just as frustrating to learn as possible.

The next rift will be Nurse even if people like it or not. If someone is ever planning to get in to Nurse this is the perfect time.

I’m still glad she is mostly dead. A few years ago it was like 80% nurse at red ranks.

I don’t think it’s worth learning her now though. She used to be more required since the maps and survivors were much stronger. They have been nerfed to the point you can use any killer you like just about

One of the most annoying bugs ever on her is not being able to attack immediately after blinking (and getting your lunge range cut in half)

Other than that she can still be pretty fun imo

I've been trying to learn Nurse on PS4 and it's bad enough with a controller, but throw in new maps and I find I'm just getting blocked by a wall that should clearly be passable, or the fact the auto-aim is so OTT right now (On every killer, not just Nurse), that I'll blink onto someone, go to swing but the camera jerks itself so far sideways I hit a wall or something. I've pretty much put her on hold, and if she is to be added into a Tome, it's one Tome I may never get to complete unless survivor challenges are simple to do.

TL; DR: she's trash, bugged to ######### and about as fun to play as as squatting on a cactus.

Midwich after it got fixed became one of her best maps.

Basement blinks and her bugs make her annoying when it happens, but overall she's my favorite killer

Her post blink lunge is the same as other killers. Lunges in this game have nothing to do with distance but speed curves.

All killers have a normalized speed curve with Myers tiers 1 & 3 being the exceptions.

She's not even THAT hard man lol. She's got bugs, some blink deadzones, but overall it doesn't take you that long to get into Nurse, you just have to accept your losses for around 15-20 games.

Glad to here this getting ready to try her. Over the course of my year playing she has just been siting there at level 40 and I want to get some practice before the upcoming rift. Also have got some nice outfits for her on clearance she needs to take off the hangar.

I’m by no means the best but I can play pretty well with Nurse and she’s the only killer I can 4k with, play an absolute excellent match, and be like ‘aight, I’m done playing for the day.’

Even winning with her is a frustrating time akin to the Call of Duty/FPS experience.

I agree with the above poster that I’m not saying not to play her. Every so often I catch a Nurse mood, but I’m with anyone and everyone that nopes out hard on occasion.

(For perspective on how much I play her, she’s P3 lvl 50 and all perks unlocked.)

IDK why ppl are getting so upty and saying "oh you should not tell people what to do or play" I'm just giving a head up to all new nurse players.

No, She's not satisfying to play at all. I call BS to anyone saying that blinking perfectly to a survivor just for the game say "haha f. no you won't" and then going into fatigue is fun.

That knowing how long you should hold m2 to blink, then getting ######### 'cause the map decided that NO, this really slim object actually is waaaaay larger so you should've hold longer is fun.

That wiffing through the survivor just 'cause the game can't register a post-blink lunge (no, it isn't wiffing the air, it's the weapon literally going through the model of the survivor - who's not injured, so no "E" counterplay) is waaaay too fun.

And that's just the most "common issues".

So yeah, you can totally go ahead and try to learn her and be welcome to the club, but be warned that it's frustrating as hell and every game that you play her (if you wan't to play her optimally and try to go for total domination) will be a sweat fest.

I meta nurse that forcefully hugged us in about 5 minutes on midwich, so some people can seem to use her pretty well there. In fact it's one of the last maps I want to face one since then. I prefer maps like the cornfield with her since then as long as you don't get bored or lazy it's really hard for her to catch you if you try to not be predictable. Dead hard on cornfield with her is pretty fun.

Shes by far the most rewarding killer to learn, why are you discouraging people from learning her?

The only "real" issues she has is the bug that physically doesnt allow u to blink at all that sometimes happens and the fact that charging ur blink for under half a second sends you directly to the basement if ur on 2nd floor midwich if ur looking downwards despite the fact that your blink isnt charged enough to travel all that distance.

Not everyone wants to play a killer who you can instantly stomp people with. Some ppl in this game actually enjoy a challenge rather than being handed wins by playing freddy/spirit etc.

IDK why ppl are suddenly getting on this nurse hate bandwagon. Do people forget that she's still the best killer in the game by far? Sure spirit is easier but she's also braindead, and learning nurse, although a challenge, is very fun and rewarding. Not everyone wants to flick on the easy mode switch and i think more ppl in this game need to be opening themselves up to challenges rather than just running the strongest and easiest builds/killers available. Beating a team with stridor ruin undying spirit is not impressive, anyone who's played the game for more than 50 hours can. But beating a team with nurse definitely is much more.

Sure if she doesn't get destroyed by bugs. And she WAS the best killer in the game, not anymore with all the bugs she has. For example the blink bug happens constantly, almost every game, and it completely removes your ability to use second blink.

It's absurd how Behaviour hasn't fixed these bugs yet after all this time, she really is almost unplayable 90% of the time now, and I really feel the rework is the biggest culprit behind these horrible bugs.
