xbox-crowns not unlocking

in Bug Reporting

I have used the pedastal for trapper/wraith/spirit and I get the glow but after the match is over the crown is nowhere to be found in my wardrobe.

    Let me add to the list hag,blight somewhat(took 2 games both times getting the sparkles to get the crown on my end) I don't own the twins but I heard that if you end the game as Victor you don't get the crown also I heard that ps4 players are affected

    I’m having that issue as well with Claudette. I’ve escaped with the glow three time but the cosmetic is not appearing.

    Same here. Tried it with Billy and Trapper on the killer side. And escaped with Nea, Jake, Meg, and Dwight but did not receive the crown.

    I’ve tried with nurse twice and the clown once and did not get it after interacting with the pedestal. Did it with the doctor and was able to get the crown. What is happening devs?

    Having same issues. One night I was going through all of my survivors, getting the crown, all the way to Adam. I checked all of them after I was done playing, only to find that none of the survivors had gotten it. I keep retrying as Dwight, resetting the game as I was told to do, but still nothing. Started doing killers to see if they could get the crowns, and still nothing.

    At least I'm not alone, thought I was doing something wrong but noticed the "crown unlocked" achievement at the escape as Leon and got nothing.

    Leon won't get a crown, just the points for finding it. Only original characters are eligible for the cosmetic.
