Perks thats almost useless
Blood Hound should be added to a ultra rare, or rare add on. To much stuff to account for without waisting a perk slot. Beast of Prey, Territory Imperative, even Shadow Borne needs to be added to a add on some where IMO. Im sure there is more, just cant think of any.

A useless effect doesn't become good just because it's put on an addon; they'd just become addons nobody ever uses, like the Hemorrhage and Blindness addons. Wraith has a brown addon that's built in Bloodhound, iirc.
They should rework the worst perks to make them viable, or at least better. All the ones you listed, Monstrous Shrine, Furtive Chase, Hangman's Trick, Overwhelming Presence, Cruel Limits... the list goes on.

Hey, if we are talking about making useless perks viable lets get some survivor ones too! Buckle Up, Flip Flop, No Mither, Open Handed, Slippery Meat, This Is Not Happening, Wake Up and Up the Ante are all perks off the top of my head that are essentially useless and will never be brought by someone other than a new player/memer

I'm waiting for the moment they get rid of the luck mechanic like they said they would over a year ago and make up the ante actually do something.
But yeah I feel like half the perks in this game need help and I wouldn't mind if more perks got the lucky break treatment so maybe the meta wouldn't be so stale.

Buckle up and for the people combo is god-tier…

Let's add stridor to the list.

Bloodhound just needs a buff, Beast of prey should be like dead hard, Where you activate it by yourself, And it doesn't need Bloodlust
Territorial imperative should work when a survivor is NEAR the shack
And shadowborn is perfect it doesn't need a change.

I was about to defend slippery meat, and then I realized I am both new and a memer...

How? Unless they changed it all Buckle Up does is make it so you can see how far along others are recovered based of their aura. For the People just lets you auto heal a health state...

It seems like a decent perk when you are new, and back when it worked on bear traps it was alright, but the chances of getting off the hook even with Slippery Meat are slim to none. Chances are you will just die quicker. Only other time I see it used is on a luck build.
