5th Year Event Crown Glitch
Hello, I’m reporting to inform you that the crowns that are obtainable during the 5th year anniversary event are currently bugged as I’ve tried for hours trying to collect a crown as a killer and it has not awarded me it once I’ve finished the trial after acquiring it. If there’d be a fix for this so I may get the crowns for my killers, I’d gladly appreciate it.

I have the same issue. I have played and collected ten crown within the match with several character s....that are not licensed and won the matches...but the crown is not available to equip In my cosmetics as it is supposed to be. I know its worked as I get bloodpoints for 'crown unlocked' when escaping the match, but it just isn't working.

Which characters were you playing?

I was using Meg and I got the crown and escaped the trial and got nothing.

I was playing as meg, claudette, Kate, Dwight, Doing and nea

I worked so hard for them more than once. It's a shame. I just want my crown 😭

It's not properly unlocking the crowns as survivor on Switch.
Yesterday, I escaped with a crown as both Meg and Jake. Neither of them have crowns, though.

Anyone that's still having trouble getting a Crown on a non licenced character - please upload your after game logs to this thread so we can take a look at what's happening. Thank you.
You can get your logs here:
1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run".
2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file.
