Survivor queue doesn't finish, freezes on "ready" screen

Survivor matchmaking won't complete. Additionally, "unready" button is grayed out and screen in general is unresponsive. Xbox Series X.

Must restart game to exit ready screen.

    Same probleme here, right now ~20 minutes in Survivor queue with rank 12. First appeared yesterday evening, now it won't work even after restarting (ctrl-alt-del) game.

    Platform: PC

    While stuck -

    I can:

    -invite friends

    -go into survivors, loadout, bloodweb, skins

    I can't:

    -see dailies

    -switch challenges

    -unready (its grayed out) or back (esc)

    -go into shop

    I have same problem rn, Steam, "Looking for match...", Unready grayed and I'm getting errors.

    I have the same problem, about 2 minutes after you start looking for a match the button turns into a gray UNREADY that does not work.
