[SUGGESTION] introducing a whitelist on the server
After I got rank 8 of killer started to appear players of much higher level than mine causing a lot of frustration as if that was not enough they still communicated through discord increasing even more the difficulty .
In my point of view players above rank 7 do not they need more discord even because they are past the stage of just wanting to have fun and want something competitive with the game, the company needs to understand this and put ways to balance the games with some extra function like the discord whitelist

You know how easily you can rank up while still wanting to have fun as survivor?

Yeah, I am pretty sure most survivors in red ranks are enjoying game more then low ranks...

This way the behavior pairing goes up in the air, the new players who arrive will not have anyone experienced in the game to help them, they will end up aging at rank 20 and will eventually get tired of the game and leave.
But it's ok, have fun with your friends while the game lasts.

All competitive games have a limit to rank up with friends.
Why if not everyone on the server will become rank 1, and this is the healthy proposal you have?

All competitive games also have 2 modes - Normals and Rankeds. Dbd doesn't.
But that limit is also reasonable. For example (if we took dbd rankings to heart) we could make it so only people with max 4 rank diffrence can queue together.
Hovewer this does require making a 2nd mode.

Introducing another mode will only make things worse man , it takes time to perfect an update , imagine this toxic community in normal mode would be hell .
Games you may know have introduced modes like this and increased players' frustration.
There is only abuse of discord the ranked mode works!

And as I said, giving a whitelist for Discord for higher rank would also be hell. People would be suiciding on hook left and right to be lower rank.

Deep down you know that the way you use discord in this game is a tool to gain an advantage over others.

You're right. Because it's just a bad idea.
EVEN IF Discord is whitelisted, people will use other ways to communicate OR they would just throw games as I said. Communicating is both a tool to gain advantage and a tool to chat with friends. People use it in that 2 ways. They can even combine the two, having a chat while giving out some info. HOWEVER denying one of those without other (non-custom game) alternative is just bad design.
I do play in SWF. I also play solos quite often (I would say more often than SWF) and killer occasionally. Just if you wanna know.
Normal mode is for players that want to chill, have fun and try out something new. Would you play that mode? It's clear you don't like SWF communicating so I would assume no and would go in ranked mode.
