Actually, Cybil's changes came rather quickly in comparison with characters such as Laurie or Quentin. Cybil was released less than 1 year ago, being available for purchase shortly after the release of the Descend Beyond chapter, hopefully Claire gets her changes sooner than that though.

The dbd Claire is modeled after re2 Remake and not the... I guess Resident Evil Veronica.
Here is the model she was based on
Still, her face texture needs some tweaks, but in general she is fine.
Also, not to forget the Shrek boots in the dbd.
