What we need for Rank 1
If you achieve rank 1 for killer or survivor and hold that rank until the end of the season you should get 250,000 BP and or 1,000 Shards

I think they are removing ranks in the future.

When the Skillbased Matchmaking goes live, they will introduce Rank Rewards. You will get BPs based on the highest Rank you reached each season.
E.g. 250k for Rank 1, so if you reach Rank 1 with both roles at some points during the season, you will get 500k BPs.

I am wondering about rank resets. i really don't care about 250k but if i go to rank 20 back, this will be big problem. Noob killers, noob survivors, this is nightmare.

Since Ranks will not be used for Matchmaking anymore, this should not matter. Someone can be Rank 20 and still be really good at the game (but just did not rank up at this point).

Yeah but i am not trusting MMR. Last test was terrible, i faced with terrible killers and terrible survivors. Also this will make rank 1 Killer and Survivors achievements imposible. Because 20 ranks will taking time and everyone have not time for this, they have to change pip system for new MMR. I hope we can get more information soon.

Its BHVR they will think about this ;) iam sure many players will not have the time to rank up every month from 20 to 1

Yes, exactly. We will need new rank system too. Because new MMR will not care about ranks. So rank ups have to be more easy. Because we all will down to 20 every months.

Its funny - they changed Rank Reset some time ago with the explanation that someone who does not play as much will not have the same rewards like someone who is playing a lot. Meaning that those people dont get to Red Ranks as quickly and will miss out, this is the reason why they made Rank Reset basically non-existent. (I mean, it is logical, someone who plays more will get more and this is how it should be, lol)
And on the other hand, they give Rank Rewards which will be achieveable if someone plays a lot. So the complete opposite of why they changed the Rank Reset back then.

Wouldn't it be also kinda cool, if you had some kind of multiplier based on your rank?
So that you would get more points if your a higher rank
