Blinding killer when he/she is looking in the opposite direction. New bug/exploit or cheat?
I never been blinded by the survivor that stands in my back. It was happened to me at the first time and I have no clue why and how it happened.
I was looking in opposite direction to the survivor and still gaining blind progress and was blinded at all.
Did someone have it?
It's really not normal and broken af

ok, so I am NOT on drugs...
Well, I am, but im not just imagining things then? Because I've had a couple instances yesterday where I was blinded from BEHIND... It's like the light warped around my head and burned my peripherals and causing me to drop the survivor. I was even facing a wall.

Odds are they where just out of your POV and got you, which imho is kinda bull but whatever. However if they where completely behind you 100% then the game might have a problem there

Try looking up or down it’s faster and less buggy. I used to get survivors blinding the back of my head magically.

The thing is that survivor can blind a killer even that the his direction is the same as survivor's (they're looking at the same direction) and the survivor can still blind the killer.

Got blinded from the sides a couple of times but never from behind, it's probably lag issues imo, servers have been funky as of late, like i got a game where i kept landing ghost M1's even tho i was litterally hugging a survivor.

No this is how the game is. They just do it out side of your POV is all really annoying. One of the arguments for having a wider default POV IMO.

I played another game and a survivor blinded me again when I was hooking another survivor. The survivor was in my back again.
idk maybe I was lucky for not getting this sh*t before and today I had it 2 times :/
One thing that I noticed is that these survivors used event flashlight (and both of them were Yun Jin: it's probably make no sense but still).

There’s definitely flashlight hacks. I’ve seen it both on stream and also gone against it myself. They can blind you anywhere on the map basically.
Ive been hit by it 2-3 times I want to say and usually the first save I’m bewildered but then the hacker turns on god mode once you actually down them and it’s obvious.
I usually give the first save where I literally see nobody the benefit of the doubt but when I’m getting blinded while completely looking at the wall my next questIon is “who’s the hacker?”
