Person mentions thing they have a problem with in the game with actual reasons as to why they think this thing is unhealthy or poor game design.
You reply with another thing you have a problem with to completely derail the point of their thread topic and make it about the thing you don't like in the game.
You have now won the argument and have earned your funny red arrows.

Alternatively you can take a far lesser known route of insulting someone. It usually results in a warning from a mod however if you're subtle enough about it you can not only win the argument flawlessly but leave them scratching their head wondering if you were actually insulting them

You can also only take some parts of the argument (the parts that are easier to argue) and ignore the rest.

I feel like the only way to win an argument on these forums, without going through what @ShinobuSK mentioned (which is guaranteed to happen), is to not take part in it. You can show evidence of everything, you can try to care for general balance and not that of a single side, people are not going to agree. Ever.
