Mute Focus Bug

For a while now my Mute Focus option in settings has becoming unchecked.

I get out of a match and when I tab out I still hear my in-game sound. I tab in and tab out to make sure it's not where if it changes to in match/out of match then the sound plays if you were tabbed out.

I go into settings to find out the Mute Focus option that I normally have check marked, is unchecked.

Not sure what causes it but it's just a tad annoying to have to re-check that option every few matches.
