Who can I contact regarding Claire's change?
I want to admit that I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase since her release.
A large number of disappointed fans who are asking for a change for her, should rise the attention of your team members to talk about it.
At the moment it's not a minor thing like the size of her shoes, but her face. we have to maintain the integrity of this character.
If this topic can not reach the social media, can we get an answer in the forum?
If it is not possible to give detailed information as to why she was released in this way, an answer of yes and no can be appreciated too.

My guess is just keep giving feedback.
Just like how Cybil had issues and people gave feedback on her that has now been fixed in the next patch.

I didn’t check Cheryl but they did fix Cybil’s face in the PTB. She looks so much better and I’m buying her as soon as the patch releases.

There was a twitter post saying that the devs are aware that we are unhappy with Claires face.
But they said its going to be a lot of back and forth with Capcom to get her fixed but it will happen eventually.
There is also a twitter account dedicated to fixing Claires face as well.

Thats speculation with no evidence. There was no statement from either BHVR or Capcom that Capcom demanded no mixing sets. BHVR likely took it upon themselves as a precaution to avoid issues with any of the various licenses.
I'm still mad about it of course, especially when it comes to original characters. But that's another discussion.

RE fans complaining about faces after that remake that butchered Jill always makes me laugh a bit. If it didn't matter then, it never will.
