Is twins considered good?

I see a lot of mixed opinions with twins, as someone who does enjoy playing twins, I’d like to see some opinions of others.

After playing Twins a lot, I think it's another case of The Plague, a killer who's strength is overlooked.

An extremely powerful killer if you use them well. I don't think they're at the level of Nurse, Spirit, hag and Blight, but they're not too far from them.

I think their efficient playstyle is not the most healthy for the game, and it does tend to rob survivors of meaningful gameplay a lot. But they are undeniably powerful when played that way. However, they're heavily countered by a team that is coordinated and is ready to face Twins.

I'd rather they reworked them so they stay just as powerful, with better time efficiency so they could do something other than slug and camp, and that they did something to make them less of a joke against survivors who pair up and heal each other with good coordination.

yeah the biggest counter to twins is to stick together, if victor gets a down and char is far enough away you can just heal them back up, i think there honestly harder to master than nurse.

also the myth that twins camp and slug isint that true, only experienced one twins camp so far

They're powerful but I personally don't find them very fun to play as.

Camping is not that necessary, and also survivors literally call anything camping. However, slugging is essential against decent teams or else you'll never be efficient enough with hooks to compete with gen speeds.

I think they're different to master than Nurse. Nurse is more of a mechanical killer, whereas Twins, while they do have mechanical requirements, are more about map awareness and map presence mastery.

Twins is my favorite killer(s) if it wasn't already obvious, but they're pretty solid. Scary strong even if the team is not prepared. Although they have a reputation of camping due to many twins players using victor to camp right on a hook, I never do that because its boring and gives Twins a bad name.

I like to separate both to secure two areas usually two gens to be specific and to "lockdown" a small building. For example, the coal tower. I'd block either the window, door, or the drop window as Charlotte and use Victor to go up and harass who ever's up there and if I see the survivors going down, I'd immediately switch to Charlotte to surprise them. Their ability to be two killers is something most other killers ever dream to have and thats why I love them so much.

Oh yeah, but it happens to be all on you. The killer really benefits from someone who has a game plan or can effectively execute a strategy.

They’re a great pair of killers, but while playing them, you need to think about the game as if you were playing a chase game. You need to checkmate the survivors at one point with the use of slugging.

Yes. I'd rate them at the bottom of S tier.

They're easily abused by a strong SWF and have a lot of perks that hard counter them, but Victor has a high skill ceiling and their macro play is unmatched.

Yes they are probably one of the top 5 killers. They can do very well vs good teams. While I don't play them a whole lot, it's one the least that I played they are very strong. But yeah people don't know how strong they are since they are rarely played at all.

I've had nothing but bad games playing them after the nerf. Survivors counter Victor way too easily now. Down a survivor with Victor? Punished with a five second cooldown where the other survivors will crush you before you can even do anything.

Not really. Twins can be strong against uncoordinated teams that don't know what they're doing or what a locker is, but unlike Plague they get screwed over by a sweaty SWF that knows how to deny a snowball.
