Sometimes enough is enough, man.

I had a match on Swamp the other day against a Plague that was pretty rough. Everybody else died, and soon it was my turn. I could tell by the Plague's cold, dead eyes that I was not going to escape alive.

I'm not finding the Hatch on the Swamp, no sir. I'm going to sit behind this ROCK by the exit gate until the Hatch is closed.

Riiiight behind this rock. This big, comfy rock. This shelter in the storm. My ancestors used to-ah frig, I got crows. NOT THE CROWS!!!

Anyway, as I was saying, this Plague would just Not. Give. Up. It was just a constant of hatch->gate->hatch->gate->hatch. But she didn't want to commit to the EGC... And this "EGC" went on for 10 whole minutes.....some Dbd games are not even 10 minutes..

At what point is enough enough? I love my 4ks, and sometimes specific survivors NEED to perish brutally, but even I know what a lost cause is. Better to just go on to the next game.

All in all, I got afflicted by the Crow status effect twice. All for what? Why do some people go sooooo far? I can understand why people play Stridor Spirit, because winning with little counterplay is fun. I would still never waste so much time even playing as Ebony Mori Spirit.

And it's the Anniversary too, cmon man, just close the hatch already so we can eat more cake!

I considered offering myself and getting it over with, but at that point it became about sending a message. Is it my job as survivor to mentally break and give up? Nah, it's my job to survive. It's you, Mr. Killer who needs to take the hint and move on.

It's okay to sweat for that last kill, but please don't make us stay here all day? Why do people go so far?
