Do's and Don'ts.
A game. I'll start.
DO: Equip Kindred if you're solo; it saves lives.
DON'T: Leave your teammate on the hook until struggle phase because you just started and want to finish a gen.

Do: Try to always say 'GG' at the end of the match.
Don't: Run Self Care. Bring a Med-Kit or Inner Strength instead. (Remember, Inner Strength's timer for healing is always the same, no matter the Killer's perks- so you will always take 8 seconds to heal, even if the Killer has Sloppy Butcher, and a lot of people run it!)
2 -
Do: Record video evidence of survivors trying to cheat by showing where other survivors are at, and turn those cheaters in to BHVR.
Don't: Tell other people how to play. You aren't in charge so as long as they aren't breaking the game's rules you don't get a say in how they play.

Do: totems and chests.
Don't: fall into the trap of thinking it will help with NOED or get you really, really good items that win trials. Do it for the Inner Strength, brown medkits, BP and pip points. And because it breaks the monotony.

Do: Bring an item that isn't a flashlight.
Don't: Bring a flashlight.

Do: Run Self Care with no speed boosting perks. Heal on top of hills to establish dominance. Run against the walls of buildings like the shack or edge barriers of the trial to leave a very glorious trail of scratch marks even more visible than normal scratch marks. If you do decide to play injured, make sure to go for hook saves even if you have to trade. It'll always work out for you. Being slugged on the ground counters ALL killer perks except for Knockout. It's very powerful.
Don't: Do generators. They smell bad. Don't run Borrowed Time when going for hook saves. Make sure you do it unsafely at all times. Always run. Stealth is useless. A killer in a chase is more useful than a killer not in chase checking lockers and looking for you, but if it looks like he's going to find you don't go ahead and start holding W, make sure you let the killer hit you for a sprint burst so you can get away faster! Afterwards, follow the "Do" advice to get ahead. Make sure not to do meme perks. You need to be a predictable survivor. Always do the meta so the killer knows how to handle you!
Thanks and have fun!
