Against good survivors, Unnerving Presence actually works AGAINST you, as if they're good at hitting great skill checks, or using Stake Out, you're basically increasing their repair speed, by giving them a higher chance of skill checks. This is what truly makes this perk suck.

While someone is under the effects of this perk, great skill check zones should not be present, and they can only hit good skill checks. Unnerving Presence should also not increase the chance of healing skillchecks when a Survivor is using Autodidact, as Autodidact is ironically made better by Unnerving Presence.

The perk still wouldn't be amazing, but this would completely eliminate the part where the perk actually works against you.

Bro do you know how many perks need buffs or reworks? You're on the right track but this is just a pebble of the mountain that you need to show BHVR. Like for example: Why does Brutal Strength only make pallet kicking 20% faster when things like Nemesis, Blight, Demo exist?

If Brutal Strength is a chase perk, then why is it so heavily outclassed by Survivor chase perks like Dead Hard and Lithe? Why does one side get weak chase perks and the other gets very strong ones that *most of the time* outright end a chase? Brutal Strength at 40% still wouldn't be taken that often but at least it would be better.

And that's just an analysis of ONE perk. You're right, a lot of perks need buffs and reworks but we can't start by just suggesting one or two. They need to pick up the slack or hire a contractor that's experienced in game balancing to do it for them.

Brutal Strength isn't just a chase perk. You're not mentioning it also speeds up damaging generators and destroying breakable walls.

Well, no one uses it for breaking gens and people rarely break walls outside of chase in order to be more time-efficient. What I mean is that it is essentially a chase perk. If you want to do a bit of give-and-take, then in exchange for making it 40% faster you could remove its ability to affect generators since there's no need for it to be strong in that way regardless.
