Can you nerf killers speed?

Survivors can loop Killers almost indefinitely as it is. Maybe you're just bad at the game.

Let me tell you that the first few weeks until you get use to the maps will be very difficult. Once you have gotten an understanding of the maps I would suggest getting use to playing both Killer AND Survivor as you will develop a feel for what each is trying to achieve (on a basic level) during a typical match. Given some time you will see that the Killers speed is fine and if it were lower (like the 110% slower killers have) looping them would be far to easy in every match.
Give it more time and practice and you will see how much you improve and that the Killers speed is fine.

No. A good survivor will loop the hell out of a killer. You just need more experience with the game.

Dev's confirmed that a good loop increases survivor distance gain, just have to learn where it works best and practice.2

i play killer and the best place to loop me is the larger loops with area to look over to see when i switch direction. remember that you vault much faster as well.
