Which Killer &Survivor Had Great Design?
Tittle. I am asking for power, perks, theme and backstory. Original survivors and killers ofcourse.
As survivor, i have to say Kate. She is strong enough to face killers and she is here for give hope to other survivors. And she has 2 good perks.
As killer, i think it's Oni. He has not great perks but him power is strong enough. And him story and him style is really good.

Plague. She still has the most unique power in the game, her aesthetic is very good and her lore is heartbreaking. She also has very good perks which also compliment her power very well. Her chapter was just awesome, all around very well designed.
As for survivor, it's tied between Meg and Jeff. Their perks suit their lore well and they look as they should look. Dwight is right behind them, sad that he's getting ruined soon by the graphical update.

Claudette is the best survivor. From her looks to her style and personality. The rest of the cast can't come close to her. Heck, even killers fear her power and the Entity doesn't want you to know this, but she takes part in the trials of her own free will. It has no control over her since she can easily manipulate shadows and transport between them, allowing her to go back and forth to her own world.
Best killer design? I have to agree with you that it's Oni-chan. His design is fantastic, his music is on point and he feels very threatening yet not overly so like Spirit.

Kate is the best survivor. By far the best skins and I like how her role is of a "hopeful songbird".
With killer I agree with you it's Oni. There's just something special about transforming into a super saiyan and running around beating survivors with a big stick. Spirit is a close second as an anime waifu with a katana, just wish her power was more fun to go against without Iron Will.

For survivor I love Jeff’s lore and how all his skins are part of his story. Plus he’s a metal head
Deathslinger’s lore is extremely well written and his visual and audio design is perfect

Well, I usually favour licensed characters, but if we are going with originals I have to say Claudette and Huntress.
They are both interesting characters by themselves, with a good design and well written lores.

I mean, you said it Killer wise. Oni, imo, is currently the best original killer in terms of design. Nothing in this game comes close to Oni, other than Blight and Deathslinger.
Survivor wise, I can't really pick. I think Elodie, Felix, and Yui are real cool characters.

Nurse - because she was the first real killer to give looping survivors the middle finger, up until then running round pallets simulator was rampant
Nurses calling was a great perk back in the day when SC was meta, still kinda handy now
Jake - Iron will is possible one of the best perks in the game and back in day when hooks didnt regen, saboing was the ultimate fun.

Oni and Spirit are brilliant designs. They could easilly have a standalone series. None of the survivors stand out, Felix is cool but they're just humans.
