Any other survivor players who aren’t fans of sprint burst and dead hard?
First off, I think both are very strong, but personally I don’t enjoy using either. Micromanaging sprint burst is tedious. Dead hard on the other hand, I dislike because of how it can fail based on latency, and I’d rather go down because I played badly than leave it up to chance whether the perk works or not. Also, it’s lame not to get to zoom.
I heavily prefer using balanced and lithe, as it’s fun to plan how you’ll be able to use them in the area you’re in, and this helps create a very fluid chase, which is not as easy to do with SB and DH. I find balanced and lithe much more suited to my gameplay overall, and was curious if others choose not to use the ‘meta’ exhaustion perks.

I need SB for my stealth build otherwise i dont really use any exhausion perks.
I got different builds in different chars and thats it
Lisa got a heal build, Nea a wiggle build, Yui a chase build (okey, i use DH on Yui) and Feng a stealth build.

I sometimes enjoy the stealth component of Fixated so I naturally bring SB, I really enjoy that setup and have come to appreciate SB thanks to it. But normally I was always #TeamLithe because I found it to be the most reliable exhaustion perk compared to DH and Balanced, and doesn't make you play differently like SB does.

Yeah I don’t often use exhaustion perks. I only use Dead Hard if I’m using No Mither, and even then I’ll often run No Mither without Dead Hard.

I've been using smash hit lately. It's so fun, but really difficult to use sometimes because killers respect pallets.

I don't use either for the same reasons.
Sprint Burst is a chore, especially when you run on accident and then you're on cooldown. It's the same reason I don't run Sabotage or Self-care. I always end up working on a hook when I try to heal a freshly unhooked survivor and go into cooldown, or I start mending when I try to throw down a pallet. They're more trouble than they're worth.
I like Dead Hard, but latency kills it like you said. More often than not, I get DH to activate and go into exhaustion right as I'm downed. I like running Head On, but I have the same issue with that too. A killer opens the locker from around the corner so I never have the opportunity to jump out, or we act at the same exact moment and I get pulled out of a closed locker. You're essentially at the mercy of luck with those perks.

I don't like Exhaustion Perks at all.
But the one i dislike the least is probably Lithe, it can make a nice, quick getaway.
Guess i'll name the others why i like them less than Lithe...
- Adrenaline: Late-game-only, goes against my nature to equip such Perks.
- Balanced Landing: Barely any use on some maps, i prefer consistency.
- Dead Hard: Y'know i honestly couldn't tell you why, i just don't like it. Maybe it's the Injured-only thing, i very much prefer to be Healthy.
- Head On: Meme. I'll equip it if i wanna mess around.
- Smash Hit: I find stuns too risky these days. I don't drop Pallets immediately, but stuns aren't an objective anymore.
- Sprint Burst: I'm one of those people who sometimes just starts running for like a quarter of a second. Guess what? That's enough to trigger this Perk, so no thank you.
As you probably guessed: No i do not play Survivor to win, i play it very casually and to just relax.

I've never liked SB. I like to run freely when I choose, so I always wasted it.
I hate DH now because my game completely freezes and I'm thrown into a random part of the map whenever someone uses it (thanks BHVR).

I don't use exhaustion perks often.

I’ve been experimenting with it, and I feel the same as you about difficulty. However a successful stun and sprint feels good.

I use balanced landing all the time it's so nice knowing I have a safety drop if I'm doing a gen near a drop down or I need a quick get away in a main building

They’re okay, but I’m not a fan of exhaustion perks in general. I’m also ######### at looping, so I’d rather hide than run.

Dead Hard, in the right hands, I feel is too strong.
SB I feel is fine. I use it mostly for stealth. I try to sneak away and if I am seen I can still get away before that first hit. Though I'm sure to the killer it looks like I am baiting a swing to be a dick.
Lithe I used to like but I find I can loop a vault 2-3 times before I need to get to another location and lithe just forces me to leave the area sooner.
BL feels too situational. On haddonfield it's amazing. On Lerys or sheltered woods, it's horrible.
Head On only feels somewhat viable with Q&Q but even then. You need something to distract the killer long enough for you to get that 3 secs so you can stun them. I try to drop a pallet and jump in a locker while they are breaking it. Once they learn you have Head On they're probably not going to fall for it again.

I use Lithe more than the others, you have more absolute control over it.

I like lithe better then the two so yes. However I'm currently trying to push away from exhaustion perks and use different things.

Both are good but I hate using them. I don't use Exhaustion perks in general. The only one I liked was Balanced Landing, and that was before the nerf, and I didn't use it for the Exhaustion part. I will sometimes use Lithe in a QQ/Dance build and Head On in a QQ Deception Build, but otherwise I don't bother with these perks, just not my style.

From the beginning and even now my favorite exhaustion perk remains Lithe. Idk why but I just love this one the most because you can always trigger it off of a pallet if for some reason there are no windows around or very few on the map itself (Im referring to you, The Game). It also goes well with the Houdini build which I'm quite fond of.
Aside from that my next favorite is Sprint Burst. I typically use SB when I am aiming to be a gen monkey popping gens in the background while others get chased. I like it for getting to the hook faster or just doing side objectives like scouting the map with a, well map LOL and or totem hunting.
I don't like using DH.
And Balanced Landing I love but I wish it was just a little bit better. It's too niche

I don’t use any exhaustion perks, I find them all boring. I’d rather use other perks that have other benefits throughout the trial besides run fast for 3 seconds.

I've been really into Balanced Landing lately. It turns so many would-be dead zones into usable areas. RNG likes to put a hill and nothing else in corners of maps.

I don't like exhaustion perks, so yes, me.

Me. I only use adrenaline and i personally dont count it as an Exhaustion perk.

I avoid using any exhaustion perks, purely because I don't feel like i'm improving when I use them. It feels great to escape chases without having to rely on a strong perk.
I'm a much bigger fan of info perks and altruism perks.

I personally think exhaustion perks should be more gimmicky than power. Well, not completely ignored, there should be power exhaustions, but gimmick exhaustions feels more welcoming if that makes sense.
Like Headon

Yeah, this is exactly how I use it. When I spawn in, the first gen I always go to is near a hill, on a building, etc.
