I'm currently writing this: Corrupt Intervention, Distressing, Coulrophobia

I'm debating which of the 3 perks to use for the rest of the space:Brutal Strength,Oppression,Save The Best For Last

If you have other good settings other than the ones I use, please recommend them too.

STBFL. Really great perk for Doc since he's an M1 killer.

Brutal Strength is also decent since survivors will predrop pallets to counter shock therapy, but I'd still go for STBFL.

Get rid of Brutal Strength and add both Distressing & Coulrophobia

Use your power to stop pallets from being dropped in the first place. It gets easier the more you do it.

If so, which one should I use Corrupt Intervention, Distressing, Coulrophobia and the other perk?

I would say it depend on what survivors usually do against you.

In my opinion, it depend on what you think you need the most:

Do you need to catch up to survivor: STBFL

Do they predrop and you need to get rid of pallets quickly: brutal strengh

Do you need a bit of regression/tracking: Oppression

For other good perks, i would say bbq (I love my 2x bp), sloppy butcher since it will always applie on m1 hit (i think it will stack with clourophobia?). You also have the meta build with pop ruin undying and all the other serious combo out there.

I don't think it work with distressing or clourophobia but dark devotion is also fun on him since nobody exepct a doctor with no terror radius, you can get some good jumpscare.

Use StbfL. You dont need to break every pallet immediately, so brutal is not that important. Oppression can be good, but without other gen regression perks its not really worth it.

As a Doctor main ill give my 2 cents afterwards. Id say maybe Nurse's Calling or Thanatophobia for 4th slot. You have Distressing/Coulrophobia to slow down healing in your TR. Nurses will help you find them. Your TR is so huge at that point (I'm assuming you are running double calm add ons on top of Distressing) that you become semi-invisible in the map especially if its small. Thano combos well with slower healing speed for repair speed. You could do Sloppy Butcher as well

As a Doctor main, I tend to like more aggressive builds as Doctor isn't able to pressure maps like other killers. Hes not mobile by any means.

My usual build is Corrupt Intervention/Surge/Whispers/BBQ. no time to waste searching or kicking gens. Find somebody, down them, hook them, find new person, repeat.

My new build is more fun but aggressive again lol. Its Hex:DH, Hex:Undying, Starstruck, NOED or Thrilling Tremors or Infectious Fright. DH/Undying is obvious (3 hooks on Doctor isn't crazy). Starstruck deters bodyblockers and can give instant downs. NOED is for endgame fun and more exposure lol IF helps when I down somebody in my TR so I can expose them and then slug the person I just downed. Static Blast before picking up survivor does 3 things; finds survivors in your TR, locks out those gens with TT and now they are exposed.

Oh, sorry I read your post backwards. I would use Save The Best For Last.
