Some Perks are Great on Some Killers
Pop is perfect on Freddy, Corrupt is good for slow killers, Bamboozle is sweet for Billy & Bubba, Thanatophobia is working so well on Plague & Legion etc.
And Tinkerer is really working so well on Blight. Why other good synergies are not problem but Blight & Tinkerer combo is annoying for people?

As far as I can tell, the complaints are about Blight with Tinkerer and Ruin. Not just Tinkerer. You can add Undying to the combo. Against soloq it's actually insane.

Yes I love these combo's mentioned. 100% agree some perks just SEEM perfectly built for some killers. Some combos are just meant to be like corrupt/Lethal is a combo I am glued to right now. Lethal removes the biggest weakness to corrupt (immersive survivors during corrupt).

While there are plenty of Killer + Perk combos that work well, they aren't all created equal.
Thanataphobia works on Barflady and Stabkids, as it utilizes their ability to remain relevant, but the actual amount of time Thana adds to gen repair isn't actually a big deal. Even with Thana, a good team will know that it's still better to just bang out gens and disregard healing.
Blight + Tinkerer, on the other hand, gives rapid and strong results that are nearly impossible to ignore. Combined with Ruin, that makes the whole combo much stronger than other such combos with different Killers and Perks.

It’s an issue for blight since blight is a strong killer who doesn’t need those perks to win. By using them you’re essentially using training wheels

Isn't this a good thing? Some perks best synergize with the killers ability. it promote more unique builds amounts killers and switches things up for both sides.

Even Blight can not stop gens without slowdown perks.

Assuming the blight in question is good and makes use of his non slowdown perks well he can. It has been shown in the past multiple times.
Perks like Spirit fury enduring and DH can make a huge difference
