Add an option to use the original survivor models

For the most part, I do see the new models as an improvement but there's something about them that just doesn't really feel like the survivors we've been playing with for so long. They just feel... different, like the new Meg isn't really Meg, you know?

I would love to have an option to use the original models so people that feel attached to them can still use them.
