"In a Match" bug..

Does anyone else have the problem where after you load back into a lobby your friend will still have the "in a match" effect?

You can't leave and join back or queue up either because it doesn't put your friend together. It's really tedious and annoying, am I the only one with this problem?

I'm on Xbox and playing with cross play and it's happened with PC and PS4 friends...
