It's possible Clown could be racist in his tome
He's from the 30's & his father was a terrible parent. Guessing from the teaser his tome will take place during his childhood, but I wouldn't count that out just because he's young. Lastly, he collects fingers as a hobby which is a huge red flag for a terrible personality. Clown just looks like the kind of person who would profile people if you really think about it.

i get what you mean, but beaing a terrible person in one area dosent make you a terrible person in another, i think more likely i think were gonna find out that his dad traumatized him in some way, (tho from the trailer it looks like he became like his father, a drunk(drug abuser)

If he hates people like his father and profiles them then he's probably would attack Drunks/Abusers in a type of vigilante justice...
Which doesn't fit his character at all.

Only because he is from the 30s does not mean that he has to be racist. Not everyone living during this time was racist, not even in Germany which has quite some history when it comes to Racism during the 30s. At least this would be my suspicion why you bring that up, because the other points you mention dont link to racism in the slightest.
In general, while I think that racist Characters are fine as evil Characters, I dont really want to see playable Characters with a clear racist background in a game. The thought that some people might play a Character because they can identify with them being racist just makes me sick.

Being serial killer and having abusive father doesn't make you racist. And there's no indication of "racism" in his lore whatsoever, he kills and collects fingers from people of all genders and races he can. It's just a pointless guess with no back up lore-wise.

Two things.
One, every point you've made here has been more of wish than anything else. There's no evidence, -- hell, there's no foundation -- and every inch of this is inconclusive.
Second, who the ######### cares? If he was racist, what implications does this have on the fact that he's a homicidal maniac with a penchant for collecting fingers as trophies? He appears to kill absolutely indiscriminately and does not concern himself with the type of people he targets.
I never imagined I'd read something so mindless and ignorant in my life. I cannot believe that somebody would say 'white person + 30s = racist'... as if there wasn't civil rights acknowledgements regarding African Americans from both white and black people emerging at that time.
