We have temporarily disabled The Houndmaster (Bone Chill Event queue) and Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater Cosmetic (all queues) due to issues affecting gameplay.

When is the estimated release date for switch users? My team i play with is all console users which without cross play means I really only can play solo. Also is there a way to check your computer for the requirements to be able to support running DBD on my PC?

Sorry but we don't have any further information as of yet, as soon as we know the date of the update I am sure that we will announce this on our social media platforms.

As to the technical specifications of the game, the store page on Steam will give you an idea of if your PC is able to handle playing DbD - it states the minimum & recommended specifications.

One thing to add, if you're unsure about the system requirements on the Steam page, you can use something called SystemRequirementsLab to tell you if your PC meets the requirements for a given game.

To be clear, this is 3rd party software and has nothing to do with BHVR or Dead by Daylight. It's well-established software, but this would be up to you to decide if you want to download and run (naturally), but it's something to consider if you're unsure about the specification listings on the Steam page! :)

If you end up installing the game, and it doesn't run well, Steam also offers a refund to any game bought through their store for up to 14 days with no more than 2 hours of playtime.
