Is there anything you can do that wouldn't give you a Poised token?
"You get a token! And you get a token! And you get a token! And..."
I think Bloodhound just showing the aura of pools of blood within that range would be awesome enough.
Blood Favour would fix pallets in place... permanently?
Overall, nice ideas but I think you've gone a little bit overboard on each one.

These ideas feel stupid in the funnest ways. I've always felt that Bloodfavour didn't have that potent bite that a hex perk should have. A bit more reward for the risk of running a hex.
Blood hound I'll have to agree with Seraphor in saying that aura reveals of blood is fine in of itself. That extra stand still doesn't feel like it'd come in use that often, especially with how long blood pools stay baseline.
Poised I feel is a smidge too giving with the tokens, although it goes with the Oprah hostess feel of giving stuff away. I feel boldness actions like flashing a killer, stunning them should give the tokens, maybe healing giving a token.
