PSA: TRICKSTER HAS A BROKEN ADD-ON COMBO!
So recently, Coconut showcased an add-on combo that gives Trickster 200% Laceration without really the need of proper aiming and it's stupidly broken:
Those add-ons being Edge of Revival Album and Cut Thru U Single.
This is actually stupidly overpowered, devs. If this is intended, then this is #########. It ain't right.
Tried it out myself, on one of Trickster's worst maps and it was a slaughterhouse in Rank 1. Jesus #########, something needs to be done about this. Like fast.

It's bound to be shared sooner or later since Coconut made a video showcasing it, what's one forum thread going to do?
I'd rather just get the attention of the devs or the mods to get this fixed asap since it's stupid broken.

I've been hearing about this combo a lot and I have like 10 of each of these add ons so I think I'll give it a try. Don't know if I would want to do it often though so I don't get used to it but it sounds interesting.

150% laceration
100% from the knife and 50% from the shatter effect.
So instead of 6 knives it's 4. Not 3
Also only works when the survivor is practically in the open as you have to be able to throw through them.
It makes him stronger where he already is but does nothing in a high wall loop with tight corners.
It's one of his stronger combinations but i don't think it's as insane as he makes it out to be.

Thats 150% when the knive goes through a survivor and manages to splash nearby, not 200%. Still pretty strong though.

Either I am really bad informed and CoconutRTS is really trashtalking the game quite often (I have seen a few videos from him and they are alright, but I did not watch him very often) or you are thinking about a different Coconut.

Trickster is still the weakest killer in the history of DbD. Just try playing him once, without ultra rares, you'll know what I'm talking about.

While sure it changes it from 6 / 4 knives its usually much less effective then that and really hard to actually use the combination and a meaningful way, most of the times he gets knife injures and downs in the video he really only gets the most value when he does both health states and even then he maybe only had to land 11 knives instead of 12, plus plenty more knives are still wasted trying to hid the proper angle so its still a trade off as its a new way to play, I don't think its that bad
also wouldn't calling attention to something thats strong / broken just make people think to abuse it more before its patched out or nerfed

Watch the video in frame by frame and you'll see it's not that crazy
First survivor still took 11 hits
Second still took 12
third was 8 ish but most of the other laceration was purelly the shatter addon making up for aim.
it's really not that crazy. it's strong yes but lets not pretend this actually lowers blades to down to 8.
Realisticly you might cheat out an extra blade or two some of the time.
Which again, is good. But nowhere near crazy broken

This does look obnoxious but the title is a bit clickbaitish. A lot of those downs were out in the open and other killers (i.e. bubba) would've had them down equally fast. If we're taking addons into account pinky finger clown would be faster (plus trickster's own ultra rare probably) Also survivors dcing is not always a good indicator of how overpowered something is or not, I've had survivors dc against padded jaws trapper.
Again I'm talking about balance not fun, trickster is unfun to go against and with this I'm sure even less so.
