What killers does the community consider fun to go against?
I see alot of people saying they'll DC if they go against an unfun killer, but what killers aren't considered unfun? The only ones I can think of are Billy, Oni, & Trapper.

People will complain about any killer that isn’t low tier.

I know Billy, Oni, Blight and Bubba are considered pretty chad killers to go up against.

Last time i knew, billy, oni, blight.
Some people, including me, like going against most stealth killers. Although i hate going against the pig.
Now, this is most likely just me, i love going against the doctor.

Depends, a good one can be great, a tunneling one can be hell because of the hook cage combo

Killers will always be fun if there's a high degree of counterplay, regardless of how good the killer is. The more things you can do to counter a killer, and the more engaging those things are, the more fun it is to play against that killer.
I'm making a general rule, because "counterplay" is super subjective, and different people will find different forms of counter play easier, more engaging, or more rewarding than others. Spirit is widely hated because most people hate her opaque, killer sided, guessing game of counterplay, while most people have a blast with the fast paced, reactive, better-player-wins counterplay that the Hillbilly has to offer.
Because of the subjectiveness, it can be hard to determine what killers are fun to play against outside the extremes, but from personal opinion, and the inputs I've seen from other members of the community, my examples of fun killers to play against are:
Demo, Blight, Oni, Hillbilly, Huntress, Bubba, and the Nurse.

I guess I'm a minority but I find Nurse really fun to go up against.

Almost all of them besides Twins, Spirit, Slinger, Wraith (but only since his recent buff).
But it's also not just about the killer, there are certain play styles that are just awful, I don't mind a hag, but the majority of them are basement dwelling campers and it becomes really hard to enjoy the match when you have to crawl down to the basement and run back hoping her traps are in bad spots or she swings out of teleport badly, same goes with trapper, there's nothing fun about a trapper that will stay near the hook setting up three traps and just dwell around, other than I love trapper and hag but every killer has a playstyle that isn't fun to verse.

I don't DC against any Killer, but the ones I dread facing the most are Spirits, Wraiths, Nurses, Deathslingers, and Blights. Most of the time, when I verse one of those Killers, they tend to be super sweaty, and will do anything for a 4k, no matter how well the match is going for them, or they'll just be really bad and you feel like you're bullying them because they're struggling so bad. Just tends to feel to face.
With that being said though, I do really love playing Nurse and Spirit, so I definitely understand the appeal of those Killers- it just sucks that it feels like there's no middle ground between 'Feeling like I'm bullying a new player' and 'This guy is insane and just destroyed us in pubs with a super hard meta build and no cares in the world'.

I find Huntress and Hillbillys really fun to play against. Huntress especially. Something about both of these killers pallet/tile games are really fun and risky. You can easily mess up against both and die in seconds but can also have long intense chases against them.

For me Trapper, Wraith, Billy, Myers, Huntress, Bubba, Pig, Demo, Oni, Blight (if not Ruin+Undying+Tinkerer) and Nemesis
With Trapper, I like the feeling of intensity you get when looping wondering if there's a trap there, and with Wraith it's wondering if you're gonna make it to the loop before he zooms ahead of you and blocks the pallet

Trapper and hag are boring to go against imo, spirit is overpowered but the rest can be fun to go against.

When I play on the survivor side, I like being against:
- Trapper (without pink addons), so fun to disarm traps and predict where they are
- Wraith (without Silent Bell / Reading Aura addons ... problem is that half recent matches had at least one of them and this is just BS)
- Billy
- Nurse (one per gaming session to have different gameplay)
- Huntress (she must have great network)
- Myers (without pink addons/tombstone)
- Bubba
- Pig (without purple Timer)
- Legion
- Demorgorgon
- Oni
As you can see, most of these killers are quite ancient.
For info, I am veteran player from release and I mainly play Trapper / Wraith / Demogorgon / Pig / Legion and Oni.
By contrast, most recent killers are just boring to face (Deathslinger / Executioner / Twins / Trickster / Nemesis ... Hag and Spirit can be added to this boring-to-face list, despite being more ancient in the history of DbD).
To deal with these killers: be a genslut and move from generator / gain distance as soon as you know the killer is coming ... or you just die / take hit within 10 sec with very poor counterplay. In other words: "shift+w" gameplay, boring as #########!
In my opinion, devs are just killing their game DLC after DLC by releasing unhealthy killers for the core of the game: chase as killer and being chased as survivor, with decent counterplay from both sides on various tiles.
Finally, map reworks are also big part of the problem; e.g.:
- half gens on small part of maps (often in dead zones from start; hello Autoheaven!)
- utterly broken safe map (hello TheGame!)
- useless and stupid indoor maps that are boring for both sides (hello Hawkins+Midwich+RCPD! ; Lerrys is okay in my opinion)

Trapper with no perks and doesn't use traps. Other than that people will always ######### and moan.

I think they're all fun on varrying levels minus bubba and spirit. I would probably like bubba more if I dont always get face camping idiots

Obviously opinions vary, but in general it seems that players tend to enjoy facing killers that have viability in the 1v4 and 1v1 at the same time couple with a higher mechanical skill requirement. Killers like Nurse, Billy, Blight, and Oni (to an extent) fit this description.
Players like to feel that their mechanical skill in a chase matters. This is why people tend to hate Spirit, Trickster, and Deathslinger. Players also seem more accepting of losses that happen because of teammates' lack of mechanics rather than teammates' poor decision-making and inherent flaws with solo queue. This is why people tend to hate Hag and Twins.

Judging by the forums anytime the killer does anything it’s unfun.
Sitting on gens, running around the same rock till you are left alone and then being allowed to leave at your leisure is where it’s at.
If you have to think, switch up gameplay, be cautious or not do exactly what you want when you want then something is broken and needs to be nerfed.
basically all the killers are fun it’s the players that aren’t any fun.

These kind of thread seem to pop every week and only differ between " which killer is the most fun or is the most boring".
And thanks to the nearly non existent oni hate I decided to main this killer.
But to the op no killer validates DCing. They are all in the game and queueing is done with that knowledge. But i digress from the topic of fun.

For me I like playing against Hillbilly, nurse, myers, bubba sometimes, clown, plague, demopuppy, and blight the most. Huntress would be a lot of fun for me if her hitboxes weren't so broken. The rest of the killers I find either nothing special or just awful to play against.

Probably Billy but even he can be unfun sometimes. It really is all down to personal preference.
My favourites are Billy, spirit and deathslinger.

For me, all killers are fun to go against.
What makes a killer unfun for me is how an individual plays them. The very rare attempt of actual face-camping, or when I've seen a group of new survivors getting slaughtered by a brown rank killer, who just so happens to have equipt Discordance, BBQ and Chili, PGTW, and Ruin, all at tier 3 (or some variant).
Actually, I suppose another unfun killer is when the perks are predictable, so me using the same tactics in-game consistently does become very dull. I'd rather face killers who mix up their perks or put in some surprises.

If you couldn't tell by my name, my obvious favorite to go up against is Trickster. As soon as I see one? Immediate item drop — immediate friend :) met some of the kindest members of the community. Spending my nights goofing off with a Trickster who runs with the joke of my name are some of my best DBD memories.

Billy and Oni are considered fun to go against simply because they are very rare to see these days.
If not, they would be hated too like every other killer.
