BHVR can you stop the indoor maps madness?
Seriously, when there were no indoor maps, it was fun and refreshing to get 1-2 indoor maps, but now we have too many already and you are pumping them out like crazy. They are boring as ######### for most players, killers and survivors. I made a poll in the poll subforum and only 25% like indoor maps.
I only play 2-3 games a day and when I get 2 indoor maps in a row I sometimes DC and I NEVER DC for any other reason.
Please don't make any new indoor maps for a while.

There's 36 maps in the game, only five of which are indoor maps (Treatment Theatre, The Game, The Underground Complex, Midwich Elementary School & Raccoon City Police Station).
That's less then 14% of the map pool. If anything, we need more indoor maps.

Who cares about the percentage and why should it be 50%/50%, if the vast majority of players don't like indoor maps.
It's like saying "there's only 3% of people with dementia, we need more".
If you like indoor maps you can use offerings.

whats wrong with indoor maps?

Indoor maps are actually better than open maps, maps like Lery and Midwich are balanced.

I like the indoor maps.

I played/streamed 9 hours yesterday - I had one indoor map. It's called RNG. I prefer Lery's & Midwich over Coldwind, Haddonfield, & MacMillan.

I actually really enjoy Gideon, it's a really well thought out map, with its wide open spaces above, and smaller rooms and hallways below.
Now RPD and Dawkins lab, are both all hallways, with smaller rooms off them, with one 'main room' (portal room, and RPD main hall) not the best of map designs for ranged killers or survivors looking for gens.

I'm telling you right now trapper is insane on the RPD map.
nemesis is king on any indoor map
anyone with aura reading like wall hack myers is scary on indoor maps.
it depends on the killer

Lerys maybe, and Hawkins, but indoor maps with multiple levels are a real problem. You can't tell if a killer is on your level or above/below you. This can give them a huge amount of map pressure, or allow them to catch you off-guard when you think they're on a different floor but they're actually right behind you.
Terror Radius should be a 3D orb, rather than a 2D circle, so that you'll get a lesser TR when they're above/below you, and be able to better gauge how 'close' they really are.

RCPD is a nightmare to distinguish a stealthy killer in which zone he may be.

Midwich aint balanced if its hold w gamers

To be fair, if you include the basement and the highest possible floor in RCPD (the top of the library) theres actually 4 floors in the whole map.
