How to farm...

Dear survivors, if a killer is being friendly/ trying to farm. They are going to want hooks as well, 2 hooks from each survivor means we all get bp!

Too many games where I let myself get blinded/stunned (nodding and crouching the whole way) just to have them freak out when I hit someone. Only a few big brained survivors were able to notice that I wasn't trying to kill, but unfortunately that was to low a number.

I feel like I need to just go back to regular play just to make use of the cakes I'm bringing. Which sucks because of the rare games where we all work together I've seen survivors making 31k bp a match.

Farming is very boring so that’s probably why they weren’t following you.

Usually survivors understanding when i wanna farm. I am putting Discordance for find multi survivor together. And when i find them, i am keep hitting gen. And they understanding. And when i hit hook after we deal, they also understand i wanna my hook points (And this will get hook save points).

Sometimes survivors does not wanna farm. And then i am destroying them.

Hook them, stand a few feet away from the hook and when you see someone coming for the rescue, nod at them. If they don't listen, swing your weapon in the direction of the hook and nod some more. Not everyone gets it, but many usually do.

There are those that won't listen because they don't like farming, so don't expect it to work all the time. Also, with the Resident Evil chapter, we've had an influx of new players, so lots of them wouldn't know about farming.

When people do want to farm, try not to hook every one at the same hook. Move away when you hook them, and motion for them to follow after they rescue so you can get in a new chase and have more points. Damage generators and destroy pallets after you let them pallet stun you too, and then hook the next person. Don't hook the same person twice in a row at the same hook, cycle through the survivors for more points.

I dislike farming, because I have trust issues with the other side.

On a few occassions there have been killers who claim to farm, then actively tunnel survivors and knock them out quick.

One of my earliest memories was a Doctor who asked to farm, only to hook me and beat me repeatedly. Anyway, he's struck off now, so nobody has to worry about that. What was I saying? Oh yes, the game! Sorry, went off on a tangeant there..

Really, a Doctor killer did do rhat to me, and since then I just do not know when a killer is being truthful and when they aren't. There are a lot of nice killers who are true to farming, but it's not so easy to tell.

You have to be careful when farming, not to down the survivor that was just rescued, otherwise the survivor that did the rescue won't get credit for it. I've had a few killers who were farming do that. They don't realize that survivors won't get credit for the save if they don't give it a minute

In my killer matches it seems like survivors would rather escape with 8k BP (not even joking) than let me get anywhere near them, even though I make over twice as much dying in a decent game when I play survivor. They don't want to take risks. Not sure how that's even a fun match, then, what's fun about playing it safe in a video game? Whatever, I'm a friendly killer, but whether or not they earn points is up to them.

One time the killer was obviously farming, so after the gens were done I got them to hook me. No one came for me.... Like if it's clear the killer is farming, just let them get some hooks. More altruism points for survivors so it's a win win

Usually if a Killer wants to farm, they just need to hit a gen or a pallet when I run from them. To me, it's common sense to run from a Killer, but the pallet or gen smack will get my attention and bring me back. I'm fine being hooked twice as long as fellow Survivors understand we're farming and don't ditch me. I'll even let the Killer kill me if they were nice enough to farm with me.

I remember a Leatherface farming with us. We each stood in line to be hooked. Me and the Claudette pointed at the Dwight and were like "It's Dwight's turn, it's Dwight's turn!"

I've seen a lot of killers who pretend to be farming and then just kill the survivors. So no, never trust a "farmer", just rush the gens and get out of there.

Yeah, just ran into that kind if scum. Trickster chases me for a bit but doesn't hit, I do a quick bag to ascertain farming, he nods, I think cool. Run for a bit and than point at a hook to give him my points. Guy hooks me, I get rescued, he downs me and hooks me again, I get rescued and immediately downed and sacrificed.

I mean, whatever, but as a Killer who LIKES to farm and meme around with Survivors, this sucks cause I know it just ruins the trust factor of other future games, which in turn makes farming more difficult

I had that happen to one of my teammates but it was a while ago. Then this one time we had a huntress that was AFK the whole match, long story short she tried to trick us with bloodwarden at the very end and only got one kill.

How to farm? Being a farmer.

If Killer wants to farm, its ok. I will do 3-4 Gen alone with 5 totem, find a chest, get a toolbox and sabo hooks, then join in hook party, get some heal and escape.

I had a farm game where other 4 took too far that took too much time. Im happy with 20k for 15min game than 32k for 30min game.

As Killer if I want to farm, I play it normally but double hook not kill. So Survivors will not wasting my time asking to stun all pallets in map.
