Do you think Twins are recieving a rework soon.
Twins are quite the problematic killer in terms of their most popular strategy of having Victor sit under a hook and make unhook really had to get combin that with the fact there is 1 addon which don't make any sense given the Twin's current power(drop of perfume) and points to Victor having some way of charging his pounce by himself which leads me to believe he could become and AI. There are some other addons(increase the radius of victors shrieks while charing pounce) that seem a bit strange given the current power but they also do sound like they could work with the current power and are just kinda bad. Personally what I think is going to happen is Victor is an AI that roams the map by himself and will pounce at survivors by himself. He no longer gives constant killer instinct but while charging his pounce he does. This is just my guess and maybe the addons are just weird but I was wondering what do other people think about this?

Given the wording of some of their add-ons (and not functioning as described) it's possible.

I doubt they'll get a full rework. My guess is merely an addon pass.
Mechanically the twins are one of the more unique Killers and they're pretty strong as well. I don't see the motivation to change them much

imho twins are weak but are good at making the match take a long time, so even if they are weak the amount of time they have in a match when played properly allows them to usually win out

I love drop of perfume
It just reminds me how uncoordinated BHVR is LOL

Very unlikely since they already had their post chapter review

I hope not, rework would mean they want to significantly change their power, possibly scraping it. They're so unique, it would be a shame to rework such an amazing design when all it needs is a few changes to adress the issues players have with them.

I hope not. The Twins don't need a rework, they just need minor numbers tweaks. Increase Victor respawn time to 10 seconds, make all pounce cooldowns 4 seconds, decrease Charlotte wake-up time to 2 seconds or so, allow swapping back to Charlotte during a successful pounce cooldown. Fix Victor's buggy pounce so he stops sliding off and hitting objects not even on the screen. Etc.
The primary issue with Twins is that nobody knows how to play against them, such as crouching when approaching a hook to check for a camping Victor's shrieks, looping Victor around dropped pallets, grouping up with another survivor and kicking Victor whenever you have the chance. If they were played more and survivors stopped baby raging and disconnecting and actually learned how to counter them, I'd argue they'd be complained about a lot less.
If they do some stupid rework like making Victor controlled by A.I., making them impossible to loop as you'll get sandwiched, I'll lose all faith I have for BHVR. They'd be turned from an extremely unique and interesting pair of killers who have a very high skill ceiling involving macro play, into yet another 1v1 inevitable death ranged attack killer. You can't loop two killers at once, and the Twins should not be able to both be active at once.

The issue is if it is only an addon pass the perfume still makes 0 sense. Like it has no effect. It gives survivors oblivious when you don't have a terror radius.

By no means.
Hillbilly, Nurse, Huntress, Bubba, Freddy, Clown and possibly others I'm forgetting got reworks/add-on passes long after their release.

Yeah I guess but wasnt clowns addons wrong for a while before his rework too? Twins in their current state promote very unhealthy BHVR and I think the devs know that if victor waddled around by himself he couldnt really camp hooks.

I hope they’re not getting a rework. The only thing that needs changing is for Victor to be auto crushed if he’s near a hook upon hooking.
And drop of Perfume is great. It allows Charlotte to get the drop on survivors given away by Killer Instinct when Victor is latched onto healthy survivors, or she can use Victor as a trap.

The current description is incorrect. Survivors are oblivious when within Victors shriek when Charlotte is being controlled.

give it a year and a half

I hate to say it, but I think they are going with the AI route. Just look at the changed addon descriptions, it sounds like Victor will be controlled automatically. As a Twins main myself, I agree with everything you said, they just need number tweaks.
The major problem that I have with them is Victor's collision. Just like Blight, he slides off of almost every surface.

I thought the drop of perfume add-on was to make survivors oblivious when they are near Victor (when he’s idle, or when he’s latched onto a different survivor), so like if you’re near a survivor who’s running around with Victor, and you can hear his shrieks, you’ll be oblivious so Charlotte can sneak up.
But making Victor AI controlled would be extremely bold of BHVR considering their zombie AI for Nemesis doesn’t seem to be the best lol. Zombies stuck walking into a rock the whole game or getting stuck in a corner. It would also take away how unique playing Twins is and getting to play 2 different characters. It would be way more boring :(

Those were all either over performing or in the case of early Freddy and the Clown, berry weak. Which do the twins fall under? Neither.

Twins are fine IMO.

People didnt think Billy was overperforming and he got gutted.

Here’s my take on the changed add on descriptions: I think they’re OLD concepts for a thrown out version of Twins that didn’t work. Somehow we got a bug that updated the descriptions for some add ons for an old concept still stuck in the files.

If it was a bug, surely a developer would've acknowledged it by now
0 -
They didn’t the last time we had incorrect add on descriptions.

Wasnt clowns addons messed up for like ages before his rework.

If you're on about the Clown bottles, everyone knew they were for an upcoming rework and not a bug.

You just described a strong killer. The twins just typically take longer. That doesn't make them weaker per say

I don't they're particularly healthy for the game, but I don't think they'll get a rework any time soon.
We can toss subjective things like strong/weak out of the discussion and focus on objective things: they are strongest when playing an area control game, the nature of their power means trials are absurdly long, and they have to slug to some degree because Victor can't pick up survivors coupled with the fact that Charlotte has to walk all the way over to them. None of those things are healthy attributes for a killer IMO.
Every Twins game I've been in on either side has been an absolute slog that I've just wanted to end. I get past the 5 minute mark and I no longer care whether I win or lose. That's on either side. I just want the game to end.

I would say there is a difference between a strong killer and a weak killer who can make the match take a long time, twins themselves aren't exactly strong but they are pretty good slowdown which lets them build enough pressure to have the same effect as if they were a strong killer, however I wouldn't call them a strong killer since the same results they get take 2x as long as compared to just any other blight, spirit, or nurse

Ahhh i gotcha!!! Totally agree
