Updated map tier list (opinion based)
This is based off of my enjoyment with each map, so please remember that this is subjective and everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

I feel like RPD map should be in the abomination section. More so than Haddonfield.

Midwich was a great take on an indoor-outdoor hybrid map. I'd put it higher but that's just my opinion.

I don’t really mind it that much. It’s big enough for it to not be too bad.
It is a beautiful map, I just hate holding W.

RCPD should be alongside Haddonfield, the open map and closed map atrocity embodied in the same game.

I agree with almost all of these except for Coldwind. I despise that map, with the exception being the Thompson house

Rotten Fields is Cowshed both suck but I don’t mind the other three. In fact I love Abbitoir and Torment Creek.

Is this for survivor, killer, or both? For survivors they're pretty decent, for killers it can be very stressful

Both pretty much. That’s the hard part of making a map tier list so it might not be 100% accurate.

I know you might be tired of hearing it, but RPD should be the King of Abominations, or at least in Abomination tier. Other than that, pretty solid list.

Mother's Dwelling was always one of my favorites, and every map which hasn't been reworked is good in my book.

At least Haddonfield was designed to be a DBD map and has things placed and moved to make it a DBD map. RPD is literally a Resident Evil map that was copy pasted into DBD without care put in to make it a DBD map.
In my mind, RPD isn't even a DBD map so it should be the king of abominations for being in a game it shouldn't be in.

Everyone who hates RPD literally just never played it and if they did they just base their ENTIRE opinion on content creators. DBD definitely is the most braindead fanbase they only ever spit out what popular people say tbh lol

I played on it multiple times, I just hate it. This was before I saw other opinions on it as well. I just don't like the map.

I understand why people hate the Backwater Swamp, but I never thought it was that bad as either side. Survivors sometimes get unlucky and only have like 3 pallets, but at the same time, the rng of the dock and the lower floor of the grim pantry can be good for them.
That steamboat is a fun structure too, Pale Rose is a particularly more fun map of the 2.

You know "reasonable" tier lists only apply to objective tier lists. If you read, then it says the list is based off of MY opinion, so because that I enjoy RPD and you don't doesn't mean that I'm unreasonable.
