What do you think of the new tutorials.
I think they are way better than the previous ones and I think that the maps looks amazing like better that a lot of other maps. My main gripe with them is the complete ommision of anything to do with totems but I think that they are waiting for boon perks to come out then do totems in both of the tutorials. Also I feel like the survivor should have show some more about looping like maybe throwing in something where its like see how many time you can run around the car or something before getting hit then as a conintuation like right before you get hit it pauses and tells you to drop the pallet.
Also this can happen which is hilarious.

mostly just grumpy that expanding bot matches turned out to not be a thing, but I'm glad they updated it for new players.

yeah I would have loved to be able to practice against more killers. hopefully it does happen eventually

I just like the camera sweeps during the tutorial. Gives me nostalgia for old PS1/PS2 games I used to play

Do they reset your perks and cosmetics? I wanna check it out but I'm very paranoid about it.

It definitely looks better and has a bit of a better flow to it.
It's still incredibly basic, but that's okay if you do more than just a basic tutorial for basic gameplay.
I'd love to see basic tutorials for things like learning to handle a Flashlight & learning the basics of a Killer Power.
I'd bring up the VS Bots feature but nothing has changed about it, so yeah.

What New tutorials? It's the same tutorials just a new coat of paint. There's no teaching about Totems, no teaching about Obsession, common loops and routes, different vault speeds and angles for them, no talks about killers behaviour in chases, stuff like moonwalking, clockwise or counter clockwise looping, etc. It's as if you're just supposed to Shift W to get away from killer and just go from pallet to pallet.... Honest to God this is probably what BHVR wanted all along and Looping as we know it is just something we created, just like combos in fighting games, never meant to exist until someone found out and made it a thing.

BHVR have said that looping wasnt meant to be the focus of the game at launch and the game kinda evolved for it to become a major part of it.

They're definitely better than the old ones. I like the addition of bot games, definitely helpful and allows new players to have some game experience before even playing a proper match. Would be cool if you could pick a killer to play/vs but I don't think it's all the necessary.

still would like another "advanced tutorial" aka how to loop/juke, more about teamplay, pallet and flashlight stuns. More informations you can get form your environment
and as a killer how to moonwalk/mindgame, time efficiency, which one to chase, informations you can get from your environment and more. A Kilelr tutorial is very limited bc of all the different abilities and possibilities, sadly.

Yeah but that isn't the case anymore, we're not in Alpha back in 2016. WE and BHVR are playing very different games. When their mentality is on Holding Forward to get away from killer then something is clearly outdated and wrong.
