No, he's low C tier. It's that speed boost they get off of the first contamination. WHY?! Who thought encouraging the hold W META was a good thing?

i mean tbf he is kind of weak. been getting stomped every game i play with him lately, as survivors have learned to counter him now. least in red ranks.
Needs a bit of a buff. nothing major, but more so just quality of life on his flick (hits are slightly wonky and can hit survivors without hitting them, and missing can be quite punishing with it being hard to hit. ie make its hitbox not ghost, and slightly easier to flick into people.), and possibly a bigger bonus in tier 3 (whatever it is, just more then a single meter....)
Also the sprint burst on initial tentacle strikes needs to go. if im not taking away a health state, why are they zooming off. expecially if im still in tier 1.

He’s b tier. Holding w is not the meta for survivors, killers do it way more. Just mindlessly following after them, never mindgaming, even at red ranks.

I wish the licensed chapters had more room for music from the properties themselves. I like that the Silent Hill chapter music snuck in motifs from the games. Little nods to Theme of Laura, Flower Crown Of Poppy, etc. in the theme.

Yeah, I said survivor gameplay is holding W. It's the META in chase because it nets you the most distance and wastes the largest amount of time for the killer. You really can't loop these killers because of how oppressive they are in chase, so the best thing you can do is HOLD W and gain distance so that you never let them use their power. What part of this is so hard to understand? Sounds to me like you're just saying you main both sides for the sake of the argument. Sorry, but it's not fooling anybody.

His chase music is indeed excellent. The only thing that keeps him from being a perfect killer is he doesn't say STAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRERRrrrrrrrrrrrrssssssssssssssssss, which by default means he is ruined
